Out of all the hotels we have visited, this one is by far our absolute favorite when it comes to service. Every staff member is clearly well-trained, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The range of facilities here is unbelievable—they have bowling, squash, badminton, tennis, table tennis, pool, snooker, cycling, archery, basketball, Muay Thai, a fitness center, and even karaoke! We stayed for 5 days and could barely cover everything. What impressed us most is that all the equipment is maintained in top-notch condition, and the activity rates are very reasonable. Pla and Nat did make us feel enjoy all of the facility there. The beach is wonderfully private and not crowded at all. The food inside the resort is delicious, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby as well. The rooms were spotless, and service across all departments was superb—especially the recreation team, who gave fantastic recommendations and took such great care of us throughout our stay. While chatting with other guests, we learned that many of them come back here every single year, which did not surprise us at all. We completely understand why, and we will definitely be returning here again!

This hotel goes far beyond standard 5-star service. While many hotels offer comprehensive facilities, this place combines great facilities with an exceptional team that truly takes care of you. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The recreation team organized a full schedule of activities that kept my daughter entertained all day long. Every staff member was highly skilled in sports, making every activity a lot of fun. When the staff learned that my daughter loves sports, they even arranged a fun beach soccer game for us. Everyone in the department—PLA, NAT, NOOK, AUN, ZIN, TUM, MAG, TOEY, THEP, MOS, and FLUK—took such fantastic care of us. Our whole family loved this trip, and this will definitely be our go-to family hotel from now on. As for the rooms, atmosphere, food, and other services, everything was flawless. We will definitely be back during the next school break!

The hotel is fabulous and the service it tip top and all staff where so friendly and could not do enough for you , especially Norah the front fest manager , I will definitely be returning
