Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort

This was our fourth stay at this resort because our previous experiences had always been excellent. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. My friends and I made separate bookings and requested rooms close to each other. The front desk manager, Jieb, immediately dismissed our request without checking the system, saying the resort was fully booked. In contrast, Snow and Mary were polite and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. Although check-in is at 2:00 PM, we ended up waiting nearly an hour for our room. Even then, we had to wait outside because housekeeping was still finishing. Room 1224 was newly renovated but had a strong musty smell. We understand resorts can get busy, and we don’t mind if our requests can’t be accommodated. What matters most is how guests are treated. The warm hospitality we experienced during our previous stays was what kept us coming back, but this visit fell well short of those expectations.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by friendly and caring staff who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and always kept clean, making them a comfortable place to relax. One of the best parts of the resort is the beautiful beach, which is just a few steps away. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the ocean views, it’s the perfect place to spend your day. The resort also offers a wide range of activities, including tennis, badminton, bowling, cycling, and many more, so there’s always something fun to do. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Wherever we went, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. I was especially impressed by the beachfront team—Khun Toey, Khun Thep, khun Fluke and Khun Moss. They were always friendly, attentive, and greeted everyone with a smile. Their kindness and positive attitude made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. We also took part in activities at the sports club with Khun Nut and Khun Pla, and Khun Tum who led the tennis ,Muay Thai sessions, and snooker . They were professional, patient, and encouraging, making the activities enjoyable for everyone, no matter their skill level. Their welcoming attitude made the experience even better. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The beautiful location, comfortable rooms, great range of activities, and outstanding service made this a holiday to remember. Every member of the team helped make our experience special, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a large hotel located right by the beach and the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there are several swimming pools available for guests to enjoy. The resort also offers a wide range of activities, including bowling, badminton, cycling, tennis, Muay Thai, and many more. Overall, the service from the staff is good. However, during this stay, I was especially impressed by the service at the beachfront area, particularly from Khun Thep, Khun Toey, and Khun Moss. They were very attentive, friendly, and always served guests with warm smiles, which made the experience very memorable. In addition, we also joined several activities at the Sports Club. Khun Nat and Khun Pla provided excellent guidance for tennis and Muay Thai activities. They were professional, helpful, and always welcoming with a cheerful attitude. Overall, this is a great place for relaxation and spending time close to nature. Guests can enjoy the beach and outdoor activities on good weather days, while on rainy days there are still plenty of indoor activities available, making it enjoyable in all weather conditions. One area for improvement is the check-in process. It would be appreciated if the Reception staff could be more proactive and attentive, and provide service with more warmth and friendliness to create a better first impression upon arrival. Overall, this hotel is well-suited for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, offering a wide variety of activities. It is ideal for both families and guests who enjoy an active and relaxing holiday. โรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ที่ตั้งอยู่ติดกับชายหาดและทะเล มีห้องพักที่กว้างขวางและสะอาด พร้อมสระว่ายน้ำหลายแห่งให้ผู้เข้าพักได้เพลิดเพลิน นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมหลากหลายให้เลือกทำ เช่น โบว์ลิ่ง แบดมินตัน ปั่นจักรยาน เทนนิส มวยไทย และอื่น ๆ อีกมากมาย โดยรวมแล้ว การบริการของพนักงานถือว่าดี แต่ในการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ สิ่งที่ประทับใจเป็นพิเศษคือการบริการบริเวณชายหาด โดยเฉพาะคุณเทพ คุณเต้ย และคุณมอส ทุกคนดูแลเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี เป็นกันเอง และให้บริการด้วยรอยยิ้มที่อบอุ่น ทำให้การเข้าพักครั้งนี้น่าประทับใจมาก นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่ Sports Club โดยคุณณัฐและคุณปลาให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมเทนนิสและมวยไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ ช่วยเหลือดี และต้อนรับอย่างเป็นมิตรเสมอ โดยรวมแล้ว ที่นี่เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนและใช้เวลาใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ สามารถเพลิดเพลินกับชายหาดและกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งในวันที่อากาศดี ส่วนในวันที่ฝนตกก็ยังมีกิจกรรมในร่มให้เลือกทำมากมาย ทำให้สามารถสนุกได้ในทุกสภาพอากาศ สิ่งที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือขั้นตอนการเช็กอิน หากพนักงานแผนกต้อนรับมีความกระตือรือร้น ใส่ใจลูกค้ามากขึ้น และให้บริการด้วยความอบอุ่นและเป็นมิตรตั้งแต่แรกเข้าพัก จะช่วยสร้างความประทับใจแรกได้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยรวมแล้ว โรงแรมนี้เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนอย่างสงบ ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ และมีกิจกรรมให้เลือกหลากหลาย เหมาะทั้งสำหรับครอบครัวและผู้ที่ชื่นชอบการพักผ่อนแบบแอคทีฟ

So many activities to do and all the staff are amazing! Especially K. Pla and K. Tum. Lovely service!

A wonderful vacation with family and friends. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Lots of beach activities, especially bowling—there's nothing like that even in Phuket. Wonderful staff Pla and Tum. Delicious breakfast, a pleasant Italian restaurant for dinner, and a good Thai restaurant on the beach during the day.
