Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa

Wonderful stay at Emerald Khao Lak! Beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for friends, families, and kids. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was lovely. Great pools, delicious breakfast, and many activities for children. Highly recommended for a fun and memorable holiday!

Good location wonderful staff and manager

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel. We were again welcomed by your excellent Front Desk Manager, John, and his team. His professionalism and customer service is second to none. Thank you so much, John. Our room was yet again spacious, with comfortable beds, a sofa, TV, robes, an equally large bathroom with overhead shower, and a balcony with an excellent view overlooking the lake. Breakfast had many choices and the staff there were polite and friendly. Being right on the beach, the location is amazing. Seeing the sunset here is a must. Enjoy dinner at the beach side restaurant, have a cool drink in the coffee shop, enjoy the games room, and there's even a fitness center for those who like to work out. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay here. We'll be back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food and beverages were excellent, especially khun Mook and FO team.

This was our first ever visit here. We must say that it well exceeded our expectations. Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed by your Front Office Manager, John. His politeness and professionalism were second to none. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with an excellent view of the lake. Dinner in the restaurant by the beach was something we'll never forget. Breakfast had so many choices, and it's location by the lake was amazing. The facilities on offer were wide and varied. A truly wonderful place to stay. We'll be back again soon!
