Please don’t let the opportunity to stay here pass you by. Book your stay now This hotel is absolutely Beautiful but the staff are even more beautiful which makes this hotel even better. It has very recently had a full refurb in January this year and its lovely, some of the pictures on here are not a true reference, it’s even better now, the wildlife is amazing too. I booked this hotel to celebrate my son’s 30th birthday and it was the 3rd stop of our holiday. I stayed in room 2734 and it was fabulous very big comfortable bed and huge bathroom. A special mention goes to our room maid Jeeja who does a wonderful job and always smiling and works so hard . On to the breakfast lots of choices of hot and cold foods with lovely fresh food ,fruit and teas and coffee. Lunch menu was gorgeous and the restaurant is right on the beautiful Beach, you can have a lunch with a view , you can also pay to go into the buffet if you wish with loads of choices. Again fantastic staff including the always happy Zinny. We ate in the restaurant at the beach a few times it was always lovely and enjoyable. THEN ! Things changed airspace closed and we were stranded it was then I got involved with the most wonderful human being the manager Mook and her amazing manager Mr Boyd. Mook was my person I went to when I was afraid, stressed or just needed help and she was there every time to reassure me and help anyway she could. Mook is an angel in disguise. The kindness her and Mr Boyd showed me and my family is immeasurable. I’ve read reviews on here about language barriers but I honestly did not have any trouble communicating with any member of staff. To the senior managers / owners Your hotel is beautiful but you truly hit the jackpot with your staff Mook I will be eternally grateful to you.

We had an amazing stay at Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. As we were celebrating our engagement, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. We also asked for a late check-out and were kindly given an extra three hours, which we really appreciated. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day without feeling rushed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be coming back!

Do not touch this place All inclusive it is not other than breakfast you have very limited options buffet only, food is cold. You cannot get a cup of tea after breakfast unless you pay for it or go back to your room. They have this premium all inclusive not mentioned on TUI web site which covers a larger menu. They also ask for a deposit £120 English pounds then tell you it will take two to three weeks to get a refund. Also broke an ash tray accidentally which was on the balcony even though it states no smoking on the balcony. Charged £12 seems excessive for a cheap ash tray Not a friendly place

We visited the beach bar for drinks on a couple of occasions and it was lovely. It is a lovely place to relax and just enjoy the views. The cocktails were lovely.

What a fantastic hotel the rooms luxurious the grounds absolutely beautiful amazing swimming pool and children's areas also wonderful I would definitely come back here 4 days not long enough
