Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa

• The experience was ruined right from check-in; it was chaotic and confusing. Despite booking a "Deluxe Grand" room (with one large bed and one small bed), we were charged extra because the check-in staff insisted an extra bed was required for a party of three. • We booked two rooms but only received one; we had to wait another hour and a half for the second room. • We stayed during a holiday period when the parking lot near the hotel was full, forcing us to park elsewhere in the rain. When we asked for a buggy to pick us up, the security guard told us to walk back to the accommodation—a distance of about 200 meters—even though it was pouring rain at the time.

We had anniversary trip in this hotel and it was really fun and memorable. The place is absolutely amazing. The staff and manager are very approachable and accommodating. The most that I love this experience was the foods and safety for kids specifically the swimming pool. The anniversary design is pretty good and the cake is really delicious. Overall are excellent, we fell full of happiness because were both happy and full. This hotel is highly recommended for those coming.

A short stay at this resort was simply not enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. The kids' club located near the lobby was a thoughtful addition, especially for families with young children while waiting for their rooms. Our room was beautifully decorated for my niece's birthday, which made the occasion even more special and brought us so much joy. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. The resort offers multiple swimming pools, each providing a unique experience—whether you prefer a quiet swim, stunning beach views while in the pool, or fun water slides for the whole family. We had an amazing time during our stay. A special thank you to Mr. John for going above and beyond to make our visit extra special and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay. This resort is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and escape the busyness of everyday life. The facilities are top-notch, the staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is truly amazing. I highly recommend this resort and would gladly return in the future.

We recently stayed at Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa to celebrate our daughter Alexandra's birthday, and our experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared upon our arrival. The pleasant scent and overall ambiance immediately made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The resort itself is well-maintained, family-friendly, and offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a vacation. What made our stay extra special was the kindness of the staff. When they learned that we were celebrating Alexandra's birthday, they thoughtfully arranged a complimentary birthday cake for her. This gesture meant so much to our family and made the celebration even more memorable. Guests can also order additional cakes through the resort if they wish. We would especially like to thank Mr. John, who warmly introduced the resort to us, explained the facilities and surrounding area, and made us feel very welcome. His helpfulness and professionalism greatly enhanced our stay. The amenities are excellent, especially for families with children. Our daughter and son absolutely loved the Kids Club, and having direct access to the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The resort offers plenty of activities and space for families to enjoy together. The food and coffee shop were good and satisfying, and the overall service throughout the resort was excellent. If you are traveling with family, especially young children, I highly recommend Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return again. Thank you to the entire team for making Alexandra's birthday celebration so special and memorable. 10/10 experience!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Awesome service. Great room. Near the ocean. The hotel has 4 swimming pools. Reception staff, very friendly and accommodating. Mr. John is the best! His service to the guest is exceptional! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and we will surely come back! Our stay became so memorable that we dont want to leave. Very much recommend! 🎉
