We are ending our honeymoon on a high thanks to this amazing hotel and its staff. They were are so attentive and extremely welcoming and have such a positive attitude. The hotel: The grounds a well kept, clean and tidy. It was advised to us that it's a very hilly hotel but thats put at ease by the free shuttle tuk tuks they have that will literally be ready at any time to take to your room or anywhere within the complex. Beach: They have a free shuttle that runs to the beach and back throughout the day with it great (we took great advantage) it is in walking distance 15mins or 20mins in the mega heat (the humidity was relentless at this time of year) Rooms: We stayed in room 5105, the beach was in the distance and we have a private balcony which has trees surrounding. The room itself was really spacious and bathroom have both a shower and a bath. There was a safe available and a mini fridge (chargeable but 7/11 mini mart are everywhere so great to top up) Food: We has breakfast included which was amazing everyday, lovely and fresh and plenty to choose from, from English style to thai and Danish and selections of fruit and juices. Trips: We booked our trips through the hotel the elephant sanctuary and Phi Phi island. Both amazing, we organised and worth the money. They even give you a packed lunch for the morning you miss breakfast with the trips being long days which was a nice touch. Location: Short walk down the road to a selection of little shops, restaurants and fruit stalls. We tried friendly restaurant and sweet chilli both really good. Bit further down was the beach and lots of shops, bars, restaurants too many to choose from. Getting about: We downloaded the bolt app and paid cash, great service easy to use. The hotel will organise taxi if you need also. Spa: We also visited the spa which was a great experience, would recommend. Overall amazing holiday, amazing hotel and amazing people.

The hotel is in a beautiful peaceful setting and the grounds are immaculate. The rooms are perfect, good size with everything you need and a few added extras like the Mandarava beach bag, sandals and gowns are perfect, and a great idea is umbrella in the rooms as tropical weather can change. The cleanliness of all areas is of a high standard and From All inclusive guests, we could not expect anymore from standards to service its all been outstanding and Plenty of sunbeds or seating areas to catch the sunshine which staff constantly keep clean and tidy The restaurants are amazing with all menu choices prepared and cooked fresh to order, and even the bar snacks were of a high standardI'd say the nicest all inclusive we have experienced, and then the staff, every staff member we came in contact with was happy, friendly and attentive and made your stay personalised, remembering your likes and preferences. We will definatly be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarava Resort and Spa. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Phuket. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort facilities and restaurants were also excellent, and everything was well organized. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Phuket.
