Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

The whole stay was great and hotel was brilliant. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The room is great and they clean it everyday. The room service food was always quick and really tastes good. The exercise daily at the pool is a blast and it is very recommended for everyone to join. I had a lot of fun as getting to know other people during my stay as well. Special mentions to some people that have been taking great care of me during my stay, Asha who has been very helpful throughout the whole stay with everything, she will do and make sure everyday that I was fine, safe and happy during my stay. Kelvin with very funny aqua and amazing personality. Weaw from Breakfast Restaurant, she always prepare 2 cups of tea and bread rolls every morning to my table as she knows that I have trouble walking. The pool guys always being very attentive towards me as well. Everyday they helped me to bring chair for me to sit. Everyone has been very helpful. The whole chefs in breakfast are very friendly and they remember my omelette every morning. Mitz from the reception also helped me a couple of times to set the internet that keeps dropping out. I’ve been here many times and never disappointed with the service the whole staff giving me, from the moment I came with my husband and now couple times alone. I’m coming back next year.

Kind and friendly from the start, we had a wonderful time at Graceland. From our first drink at the beach front restaurant to our last night of bowling! Our room was comfortable, clean and stocked with amenities. We could step right off the patio and into a refreshing lap pool which connected to the grounds. The buffet breakfast catered to all and we were addicted to the expresso machine. Also enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby. There was also a gift shop, spa and nail salon.

The hotel stay was amazing! Props to the animator team (Dino). The courses were amazing!! As wall as Sa, the best bartender! Always good drinks near the pool!

After a very long 12hr flight we arrived having to wait for our room and that was fine but was unable to have any food until the evening, we were on the all inclusive option, was told this hotel had many restaurants but on the all inclusive you could use the buffet or the restaurant by the road, Room was ok nothing special, pool could definitely do with a good clean that much gunk on it people had written there names, tiles falling off and broken. You had to be up before 6am to get a sunbed or don't get one until late afternoon, staff did not remove towels that had been there all day. Food wasn't the best lots of it deep fried, lunch was a set menu when sometimes you only wanted a snack. It's in a good position not far to walk to shops and bars. TUI are mis selling this hotel as an all inclusive package which it is not. Meal times are set for breakfast, lunch and dinner and no snacks are available throughout the day so therefore NOT all inclusive, the food is appalling. Also TUI advertise 3 Ala Carte restaurants which are no longer open and one is now a private restaurant. We refused to accept the all inclusive and were refunded the amount we paid by TUI. Upon check in we were told the room was not ready until 15.00 which is fair enough considering we arrived at 10.00 after a 21 hour journey. We asked if we could get something to eat and drink and we were told quite clearly that we could not use the hotel restaurant or facilities until after 18.30, we only wanted a water or coffee. We came back after another 5 hours having to go outside the hotel and pay for lunch. Upon check in we were shown 3 different swim up rooms for which we had paid nearly £800 extra for, the first was damp, the second a nice view of a w.c block and next to a busy road so we showed a third room which again was damp and had previously been a smoking room as the ceiling was yellow and the smoke detector was also brown. I was told by the hotel this is the colour the detector comes in Thailand, just fobbing us off. We were finally moved for a fourth time to another room after a week which also needed a humidifier to stop the damp, the whole of the holiday I had breathing problems due the damp in the rooms. The hotel is tired and dated everywhwere. The staff are doing their best and the guest relations team Paul and Seoun may have spelt her name wrong went above and beyond trying to make our stay as best as possible, they both personally came and found us to make sure we were ok and that I was feeling ok. The TUI rep Alex was out of his depth and seemed to not care. SAVE YOUR MONEY & BOOK ELSEWHERE.
