Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

The hotel itself is beautiful and clearly has great potential. The territory is well designed. However, during my stay the overall atmosphere was sometimes affected by the behavior of some guests. There were quite a few heavily intoxicated people, especially on the beach, which occasionally made the environment uncomfortable for others and did not really match the relaxing atmosphere many travelers expect. In general, the overall guest mix did not always feel in line with the level one might expect from a hotel of this category. Another point that raised some concern was the level of security. It seemed that access to the hotel territory was not always strictly controlled, and people who did not appear to be guests were sometimes able to enter the area without much monitoring. One more issue worth mentioning is that in some standard rooms the windows cannot be opened at all! For a hotel of this category, having no possibility to open a window for fresh air feels quite unusual and disappointing. With better control of security and guest behavior, as well as improvements in room comfort, this hotel could provide a much more enjoyable experience.

Great location, very clean, excellent service… everything you could want! We finished our month-long trip with 8 nights at Graceland and we are very happy with it. Zero issues, zero complaints. It’s right across from the beach, had multiple pools and room options, I’d say quite decent buffets as well. Many many restaurants, food stands and shops in the area within walking distance. Every day you see groundskeepers working, the room is impeccable when you get back at the end of the day… awesome for families.

I booked this hotel as a 2 week all inclusive with tui.co.uk. When we got there after travelling, we weren't offered a cold drink. We were told that we would have to purchase one. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, it is not as big or modern, it seems quite old. It is across a busy road from the public beach, not privately attached to the hotel as photos imply. Please do not waste your money by going all inclusive, they monitor everything you eat and drink. Tui we're great, they gave us a part refund. So we used it just as a B&b To be honest, the food out on the main streets and beach are fantastic, freshly cooked and so cheap. Unfortunately the sun loungers suffer the same European problem ( towels chucked across unused all day). We just went to the beach. The hotel is well located for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Best to book it as bed and breakfast. Phuket itself is great. Well worth the visit.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and although we were B&B, the food we did have was very good. Our room was cleaned daily and well maintained throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the lack of plug sockets by the bed, which made charging a phone overnight a bit awkward when using it as an alarm, but it certainly wasn’t a major issue. We tended to use the pool areas near our block (Block 6) rather than the main pool, and they were always clean, relaxing, and easy to access. The hotel was quite busy, with many guests only staying for a couple of nights, but despite that, we always felt safe and comfortable. Its location directly on the beach is a real bonus, and at no point did we have any concerns. There were a few areas around the hotel that could do with a little TLC, but that’s often the case with larger, well‑used hotels and didn’t detract from our stay. Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel—especially for anyone visiting Thailand or Patong Beach for the first time.

Enjoyed our stay here the rooms are very nice but the rest of the hotel needs a big refurbishment,the pool area especially needs improvements as none of the jacuzzi’s /bubbles don’t work also the number of sun-beds needs looking at , there’s plenty of room for more so it’s a mystery why they don’t buy more for peak season. The looks like it was once excellent but the seats look like they are ready to be replaced the beautiful aquarium looks great until you realise there are no fish in it lol. Entertainment team omg what a wash out !! We were there for a month and not one even spoke to us . Positive great location rooms nice staff very friendly!
