Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

Very disappointing stay. We booked a standard room for a family with two kids, clearly included in the reservation through our agent. But at check-in the hotel still asked for an extra 1,500 THB for the kids, which felt unfair and misleading. The standard room also has no window that can be opened, so the room feels closed and uncomfortable. Other problems made the stay worse: Food was terrible Breakfast/restaurant area was very crowded Plates were not clean Bathroom drainage had a problem and we had to call staff to fix it. smell in the rooms was awful For a resort at this price level, this is not acceptable. Poor transparency, poor food, poor maintenance, and disappointing service. I would not recommend staying here.

Been coming to this resort for many years now, and it continues to impress every single time. It’s an awesome resort with a good atmosphere. What really stands out, though, is the entertainment team of Ayeshia, Kelvin, and Dino. Their energy is infectious, and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. They run a wide range of activities throughout the day which are well-organised, fun, and engaging. Whether you’re looking to join in or enjoy the atmosphere. What’s especially great is how inclusive everything feels there’s something for all age groups.

Absolutely loved my stay here, well appointed clean spacious room, great pools , plentiful breakfast and right opposite the beach at the quieter end of Pa Tong I would stay again some small bits that annoyed us on check in but s the other staff were fantastic

The whole stay was great and hotel was brilliant. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The room is great and they clean it everyday. The room service food was always quick and really tastes good. The exercise daily at the pool is a blast and it is very recommended for everyone to join. I had a lot of fun as getting to know other people during my stay as well. Special mentions to some people that have been taking great care of me during my stay, Asha who has been very helpful throughout the whole stay with everything, she will do and make sure everyday that I was fine, safe and happy during my stay. Kelvin with very funny aqua and amazing personality. Weaw from Breakfast Restaurant, she always prepare 2 cups of tea and bread rolls every morning to my table as she knows that I have trouble walking. The pool guys always being very attentive towards me as well. Everyday they helped me to bring chair for me to sit. Everyone has been very helpful. The whole chefs in breakfast are very friendly and they remember my omelette every morning. Mitz from the reception also helped me a couple of times to set the internet that keeps dropping out. I’ve been here many times and never disappointed with the service the whole staff giving me, from the moment I came with my husband and now couple times alone. I’m coming back next year.
