Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

We stayed here for the 1st time for 7 nights, in a group of 8. The rooms were well maintained, the food beautiful and the staff always super helpful.

Only issue for me, noise echoes down hallways. Other than that, I can not fault this resort. It was excellent, from the buffet breakfast, to room service and staff are amazing. Big shout out to Paul, for going above and beyond. Cleanliness and service were 2nd to none. We had the same room attendant & getting extra coffe/water was not a problem. Fabulous and relaxing time, pools are amazing and plenty to do, if you want to.

My wife and I visited this hotel in March 2026 for 10 nights, and wow — it was honestly the best holiday we have ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service throughout the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was also excellent, with such a fantastic selection of food — there was genuinely something for everyone. The hotel has three swimming pools. Two of them have swim-up bars, while the third is a beautiful infinity pool. We were also upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely fantastic. Our room had a huge balcony with two sun loungers, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The upgrade was definitely worth it! The hotel has two entrances — one directly facing the beach and another through the main hotel lobby. The location is absolutely perfect. A 7-Eleven is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of gift shops, nail bars, restaurants and bars nearby. The famous Bangla Road is also within walking distance, making the hotel an ideal base for exploring the area. One thing we particularly liked was the attention to detail. The hotel provides towels for both the swimming pool and the beach, with different colours so you know which towel to use. It’s a small touch, but it makes things so much easier. There is also a fantastic selection of excursions available, which can be booked directly through the hotel. This was a really convenient option and made organising trips incredibly easy. For those who want to explore the area independently, the hotel also offers moped rentals. There is security at both entrances and exits of the hotel, which made us feel very safe during our stay. As soon as you leave the main lobby, you are surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel even has a Starbucks, which was a lovely bonus. The prices were also very reasonable, so it was a great place to grab a coffee or a quick drink. Another great feature is the bowling alley. There is an additional charge to use it, but it is air-conditioned, making it a brilliant way to spend an hour away from the heat and sunshine. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is fantastic for both families and couples, and we genuinely couldn’t fault our experience. We enjoyed it so much that we are already booked to return in March 2027 — the same time next year! We are so excited to come back and create more amazing memories. We would 100% recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Immaculate resort. Immaculate location situated directly across the road for patong beach. The resort itself has massive pools all around the resort. Very nice rooms , restaurants and everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Close to the action however far enough away to enjoy a good night's sleep and not hear the 3am leftovers from Bangla rd. Would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Family Stay in Phuket We stayed at Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa a few years ago, and we still have very fond memories of our time there. The overall atmosphere of the resort was wonderful, and one of the things we particularly enjoyed was having a room directly in front of the pool. The easy and convenient access to the pool made our stay even more enjoyable, especially for our family. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and we really enjoyed starting our days there. Most importantly, it was a wonderful family experience. Our son was around 10 years old at the time, and he absolutely loved the resort and had a fantastic time. Looking back, it was a very happy and memorable stay for our family. We truly enjoyed our time at Phuket Graceland and would happily recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.
