Ao Nang Phu Phin Maan Resort – A Great Family Stay We stayed at Ao Nang Phu Phin Maan Resort with our family, including our 3-year-old granddaughter, and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is an extensive, beautifully curated and well-maintained property, surrounded by spectacular mountain and limestone views. Rooms & Facilities The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The room linen, cleanliness and bathroom facilities were excellent. One of the highlights was the large jacuzzi, which added a special touch to our stay, especially with the beautiful mountain and limestone scenery outside. Breakfast The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. However, one issue was that the breakfast area was frequently visited by honeybees, which could be somewhat uncomfortable while enjoying the meal. Staff & Service The staff were generally courteous, respectful and helpful. However, communication was occasionally difficult as quite a few staff members had limited English-speaking ability. Front Office This was the one area where we felt the resort needs improvement. The front-office team did not appear adequately trained, and on a few occasions we were confronted over small and seemingly baseless issues. Thankfully, these matters were eventually discussed and settled satisfactorily, but better training and a more guest-friendly approach at the front desk would significantly improve the overall experience. Overall Despite the front-office experience and the language limitations, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The beautifully landscaped property, excellent rooms, cleanliness, fantastic jacuzzi and breathtaking limestone surroundings make Ao Nang Phu Phin Maan Resort a very attractive choice for a family holiday. Overall, a great stay with a few service-related areas that could be improved.

we were very happy with the hotel. the customer service was good and we felt welcomed. the hotel provided a free shuttle to ao nang beach every day, thanks to these very nice drivers! the hotel has lovely pool areas. lots of sun loungers. the breakfast was ok. the food in the hotel restaurant was not amazing. in addition, the hotel also organizes Tours and Rents scooters.

We absolutely loved our 4 day stay at this tranquil oasis, set above the busyness of Ao nang. The setting is just beautiful, you feel like you are in a tropical forest, 3 beautiful pools, warmth and friendliness from all the staff, cannot recommend this lovely hotel enough!

The property itself could be beautiful — or perhaps once was — but it is now neglected and poorly managed. The hotel is surrounded by truly beautiful natural scenery, which is easily the strongest positive aspect of the stay. The rooms are dark, smelly, and poorly maintained, with mold in the bathrooms and sewage odors coming from the drains. Breakfast is very poor and limited; aside from decent coffee and fruit, the options are disappointing. The bread section consists of artificial, mass-produced baked goods. The pool looks nice at first glance, but it is clearly neglected and in need of proper upkeep. The worst part of our stay was the reception staff. Their attitude and lack of professionalism had a huge negative impact on our overall experience, and front desk service plays a critical role in how guests perceive a hotel. Unfortunately, this was where the property failed the most. With proper renovation, better maintenance, and competent, guest-focused staff, this hotel could have strong potential. In its current condition, however, I would not recommend staying here.

Requested twin room when arrived none so had to share king with friend, we asked 8 mths in advance as well but because we arrived late they never had any even when asked for 1, Why not keep room for the guests who ask astonishing. Then said nothing we can do as none left simple as that
