We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we felt welcomed from the very first day. A special mention goes to the amazing animation team! They were fantastic — always smiling, energetic, friendly, and full of great ideas. They made sure everyone had a great time, with plenty of fun activities and entertainment for both adults and children. Their positive energy really made our holiday unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately, after staying here, we found that pretty much all of the negative reviews were accurate. On arrival, we were initially quite happy. The reception area was clean and the hotel looked reasonably presentable from the front. As our room wasn't ready, we were sent to lunch, which wasn't a problem in itself. However, before lunch I went to use the first toilet I could find near the downstairs spa, and I was horrified. The toilets absolutely stank, the light wasn't working, and there were flies covering practically every wall. It really wasn't a good start. The restaurant was due to open at 12:30, but there were already queues of people waiting outside and there seemed to be no urgency to open the doors. Unfortunately, this lack of organisation and attention to detail continued throughout our stay. The waiting staff brought drinks to the tables, but apart from one day, many of them looked as though they had been dragged through a skip before coming to work. Their clothes were dirty, scruffy and completely unsuitable for people working around food. We can overlook a lot of things on holiday, but the lack of basic hygiene and attention to detail here was staggering. We were given chipped glassware, dirty plates and cutlery, and an unbelievable number of flies around the food. Chefs and staff were standing behind their stations taking food from the hot plates and eating it in front of guests. Other guests were picking food up without using the serving utensils, one guest actually ate directly from the serving tongs and then put them back, and another was swiping their fingers through desserts before deciding they didn't want them. There was pushing and shoving around the buffet with very little order. It was absolute chaos. The extractor fans also appeared not to work properly, leaving a thick haze in the dining room during meal times. The hotel itself is clearly run down, with a large section of the accommodation seemingly not being used. We booked a family room but were instead given two separate rooms. This was far from ideal when traveling with children and certainly wasn't what we had booked. Our bathroom also flooded on one occasion. The cleaner was extremely upset, shouting and waving her arms, indicating that we had apparently left the hose running. When we reported the issue to reception, they were adamant that it was our fault and made no apparent effort to investigate. The following day, the cleaner was again extremely agitated about the bathroom. Eventually, just to get some peace, I gave her some money. Ironically, two days later we woke during the night to find the bathroom wet again. This time we could clearly see that the toilet itself was leaking. So much for it being our fault. One positive for us was the huge number of sunbeds available. Regardless of what time of day it was, we were always able to find enough for our family around the three pool areas. The pool down by the beachfront had several broken loungers the hut for drinks only serving soft drinks. The method of keeping the pools clean was to throw in huge chlorine tablets and the pool area itself had no pool attendant visible to keep clean, on an evening I would often see someone using throwing buckets of pool water over the surfaces to wash down. The main pool was cloudy the whole week no confidence that it was actually clean. The inside bar was another disappointment. There was often only one member of staff serving, meaning the service was slow, and the choice of drinks was very limited. They run out of glasses regularly and were serving beer in paper cups often mismatched glassware for the same drinks, not in keeping with an advertised 4 star. Overall, the hotel has some serious problems with cleanliness, maintenance, organisation and basic customer service. Some things can be overlooked when you're on holiday, but poor hygiene, dirty tableware, flies all over the food, leaking bathrooms and accommodation not matching what was booked are much harder to excuse. We genuinely tried to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately we left feeling that the negative reviews had been justified. Would not return and would struggle to recommend this hotel to others.

Great experience! It’s my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The staff at the lobby were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentivewe were very well received and taken care of from the moment we arrived. The animation team is amazing! They’re clearly passionate about entertaining the guests, and we had so much fun with them. Except for one old employee in the restaurant he’s not professional at all as if he didn’t want to serve us all we asked for was glass of water and utensils he was very rude to us , but it quickly taken care of by other restaurants employees whom were very professional and friendly The hotel is also located in a lovely, peaceful area, and everything is easily accessible on foot. Overall, another great experience, and I would definitely come back!
