Nahrawess Resort & Thalasso

After Tui cancelled our flights they shipped us out to this hotel. 3am we had checked in extremely tired. Woke for breakfast and went back for shower ready for pickup. My partner was laid on bed naked, heard someone attempt to gain entry but obviously failed as key card just beeped. Only to find the cleaner had given the single man her pass key to access our room 😱. He was in and 2 feet in the door before I jumped up to stop him. Cleaner looked horrified but no way should she have given her pass key to anyone. Huge security beach here. I would not feel safe ever staying in this establishment after this behaviour could happen within 8 hours of us arriving.

Was taken to this hotel after our TUI flight was cancelled, didn't arrive till 2am but did get room pretty quick but very noisy. Sleep ok but just cause we were exhausted, breakfast was ok. The problem! Went back to our room to get showered ready for pick up and we could hear someone trying to get in our room but his card won't work so the cleaner without checking just opened the door for him! Good job were still in there! He walked straight in the room and I had just got out of shower!!

We had booked for the golden tulip but were made to wait nearly 4 hours with no food or water to be told there were no rooms available and they were fully booked. We were reaccomodated to Nahwarees and thank goodness we were !! Absolutely smashed it with entertainment, food, service and the hotel itself is 10/10. All staff are ready and willing to help with anything they can, English is spoke by majority of the staff there. Late night shows with animators are amazing! Hannibal, Sousou & Zama Zama kept us entertained and engaged! All staff deserve a raise, they go above and beyond to bring fun to the hotel. Late night show I realllyyyyy recommend as the music is 10/10 and the animators really know how to put on a good show. Thank you guys you really are amazing!! Rooms are very clean, no stains on towels, bedding, mattress etc. AC in all rooms & balcony view is 10/10. Day time activities - water football, darts, water aerobics, Zumba, beach volleyball, kids mini club and more. Will miss you all very much, thank you for making our holiday so special, accommodating our needs and can’t wait to come back for some more fun!❤️

Although the hotel a little tired, the staff were very friendly and good service. The entertainment staff work hard to give you a good time.
