I like the hotel and the amtion the food olso is good

I had an amazing time! The entertainment was great and the vibes were brilliant. I want to shoutout the staff who work there who were all lovely and kind to me! I wouldn’t definitely recommend

Very bad experience, upon checkIn, there is no parking places, some places are blocked and when asking the security he said all are reserved for the manager. Then the receptionist (new joiner) so rude. When trying to fill the forms in the desk, without any reason he ask my wife to change the place and it’s not allowed to fill the forms in at the desk. Then, we where with a 1 year old baby, he refused to give us the rooms without sending him our marriage certificate !!! Then when i started arguing with him, his colleague took over and apologized ! Then, he give us a room card, when we went to the room the big surprise !!! It was occupied !!!!! When we went back to him, he run away without a simple apology !! I highly disrecommend this hotel !

What a beautiful entrance to this fabulous Hotel. Royal blue and cream, carries the theme to the two floors, each with there own circle of two entrances to the rooms with striking abstract black and white carpet on the top floor, and blue and white on the first floor ,you can look up to the high ceiling in the shape of a tulip., with the cream walls and gold , complimenting the wood on the upper floors. The staff were always there to make your stay the most comfortable for you. I would personally like to thank AWATEF, for her personal hospitality, and colleague Anas, who made my stay the perfect 5star experience. With its huge pool, and cascading fountain for the younger ones, and beyond a beautiful beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip Taj Sultan, truly a 10/10 experience from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by Aziz and Awatef at reception. They made sure we had beautiful rooms with incredible views over the sea, the perfect way to begin our stay. A special mention also goes to Jamel, who helped with our luggage and was always so kind and welcoming. The housekeeping team also deserves a special thank you. Our rooms were always well taken care of. In the evening, we were helped by Anas, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. He even helped us arrange and rebook another stay at the hotel. His exceptional service made a real difference to our experience, and we are so grateful to him. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet is rich with something for everyone. A special thanks to the wonderful people preparing the fresh Tunisian doughnuts and omelets. And the freshly squeezed orange juice was such a treat! In the evenings, Rimah, Wassim, and the maître d’hôtel, Samer, were absolutely fantastic. They always welcomed us with such warmth and gave us exceptional service. Their kindness and attentiveness made every meal even more enjoyable. There is also so much to enjoy at the hotel, from the beautiful pool and beach to the many activities. The animation team — Bachir, Momo, Mimi and Wassim — brought such wonderful energy and made the atmosphere so much fun. We especially loved the yoga classes with Nana, who is truly the best! Her classes were one of the highlights of our stay, and we loved every session with her. A special mention also goes to Malek at the snack bar for his great service. The spa was another highlight. Sana and her brilliant team — Ghalia, Noor, and Rehab — gave us the best massages and treatments. We left feeling completely relaxed, pampered, and renewed. Overall, our experience was truly top-notch. The beautiful setting, delicious food, and, above all, the incredible staff made our stay unforgettable. Tunisian hospitality truly shines at the Royal Tulip Taj Sultan. We would absolutely come back and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
