Wonderful, newly refurbished hotel for adults only (+16). I would vote it a 5*+. Food in the restaurant was fabulous. Variety was amazing. No difficulty in obtaining a table and all the staff, are friendly and helpful. Good quality drinks, alcoholic and non. Seating areas are clean and spacious. New furniture. Sun-beds, around the pools, have a thick mattress , covered by a towelling mattress cover, that appears to be removed and cleaned on a regular if not daily basis There is a small pool and a larger free form pool. There is a private beach, with sun-beds, restaurant and bar across a small park area Which is lovely, but we only used occasionally I believe the specialist restaurants, of which there are three, Greek, Italian and Asian, are available. We didn’t use them as we were only at the hotel for a week, so found the main and beach restaurants more than sufficient. The Head Chef, Gordon Ramsey Deniz, a Turkish Master Chef, participant, is quite a character and takes his duties seriously. Though I heard no swearing. Our bedroom was very comfortable, on the first floor with balcony, overlooking the pool and sea. Bedding changed daily. Nice coffee, and tea, with complimentary fridge, for drinks. Have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and found that this one was particularly pleasant. I hope I haven’t missed anything Oh! Yes. We were the only English, there, during our stay. We easily made friends with, Russians,Germans and especially Estonians. Go. You’ll love it.

Very beautiful, clean, and well organized. It's a great place to visit with family. We would especially like to thank Ms. Zarina for her excellent hospitality and guest relations. Highly recommended! 😊

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Our main requirements were tranquility and aesthetics, and I believe the hotel meets these expectations 100%. What we really liked: • The hotel is fresh and aesthetically pleasing, with a good renovation and nice materials. • The beach is clean as well (we saw staff clearing litter from the sand and sweeping the loungers both in the evening and in the morning). • The soft loungers in the pool area are very comfortable. • The option to order drinks via QR code right to your lounger by the sea or pool. • The responsiveness of Guest Relations on any matter. • Cleanliness, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel in general, including the quality of housekeeping. • The food is very tasty — the best of any all-inclusive we’ve experienced. • The variety of food and the availability of several outlets (pool, beach, main restaurant, late-night snack bar) where you can eat at any time of day. • The absence of loud events (there were parties, but they weren’t intrusive). • There are engaging sports activities such as yoga, step classes, aqua jumping, and boccia. Areas for improvement: • I think it would be worth offering a hotel tour at check-in for first-time guests, as this would resolve any questions about locations and the services available. • Almost all of the staff want to speak with you in German. I understand that Germans are the main audience, but I believe staff should clarify which language a guest speaks rather than defaulting to German if the guest doesn’t speak it. I realize it can be hard to switch, but for some reason few are willing to speak English, which is, after all, a more international language. • Besides ice cream waffles, it would be nice to have milkshakes (subjective). • In the restaurant (buffet), not all dishes are labeled, and those that are have been translated into other languages somewhat inaccurately. We live in the age of AI, and I think this shortcoming would be very easy to fix. • I think it would be worth assigning staff to the beach to clear the small tables, because guests rotate throughout the day and the tables are consequently left dirty. • It would be lovely to see at least a little shrimp/crayfish on one of the days in the restaurant. • The pool and beach menu could use some snacks in addition to drinks (for example, nuts or chips). • Freshly squeezed juices are sorely missed — most often they’re only available at breakfast.
