I had a very lovely experience at Annabella Park Hotel and I warmly recommend it! 🌟 What I liked the most: Impeccable staff: The entire staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Hakan at reception, the guys at the bar, and the waiters—they were all extraordinary and made us feel so welcome! The hotel is very beautiful, and the rooms are clean, nice, and well-maintained. Everything was top-notch in this regard. The hotel is located very close to the beach, which is a major plus. Access to facilities: A huge advantage was having access to the facilities at Annabella Diamond, which added great value to our stay. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the food, which was quite repetitive. The food itself is fine, but if you're looking for a lot of variety from day to day, you might notice this. If you don't mind a repetitive menu, then everything else is perfect. Conclusion: Aside from the food variety, everything was absolutely top-tier. A beautiful hotel, a warm atmosphere, and fantastic service. Highly recommended!

My week-long stay at this hotel was average. The biggest plus was the ability to use the facilities of another hotel in the same chain, which boasts a beautiful beach, a large pool, and an excellent buffet and bar. The biggest drawbacks were the location on a busy street and issues with the rooms—the toilet broke down twice in a week, and there was no hot water at times. Overall, the experience was so-so.

Excellent service, staff, safety, hotel, food, drinks, beach, pools, slides, programs, location, all clean, option to enjoy pool, slides and bars in Annabella Diamond. And lots of cats and kittens (we are cat lovers :)). We had absolutely amazing and relaxing holidays. The best hotel I have ever experienced. Perfect for families or couples. Spent a weeks all inclusive at adults only Annabella Park Hotel in May 2025. The holiday season hadn’t fully started at this time and the hotel was very quiet. Food nice with something for everyone. Drinks all local spirits. Pool area nice to relax. Sister hotel is across the very busy road but there is an underpass to walk under. Sister hotel children friendly is much bigger and posher leading to the beach. Downside it’s a two hour transfer from the Airport.

Worst point Some male staff rude to English or female guests This was reported Food good always something nice to eat and hot Breakfast omelette lovely lady cook was amazing Fresh cooked eggs how you wanted Cocktails not good in Annabelle park Mojito made with vodka and lemon !!! Mimosa severed as a Buck’s Fizz Few staff did not seem to know how to make them ?? Over at Annabelle diamond drinks where a lot better and served lot happier Hotel very clean on whole Just felt English guest where not wanted there anymore Good hotel with few tweaks
