AQI Pegasos Club

My son and I had a wonderful 11 days at this hotel last year. I have always intended to write a review but here it is at last. We had a lovely time as this hotel is part of a chain of 3 sister hotels so there was a long promenade along the sea front to walk along with the bars and theatres of all three hotels to enjoy. The beach was huge, stunning, totally sandy and with lively waves to jump over. The beach volleyball was also fun for my son. The two pools were adequate in size at this hotel but you could easily walk along to the other hotel pools if you wanted a bigger one. The bar was so close to the pools and beach and the bar staff were very quick to serve and always friendly. Particularly kind and attentive was Levent. Always polite, smiling and pleased to serve us. There was a lovely, more intimate feeling around the pool bar each evening as this is the smallest of the 3 hotels but definitely more friendly and less busy which we both really appreciated. There was entertainment every evening in the small theatre followed by music around the bar, sometimes with singers and finishing with music and some dancing. Quite a lot of Russian tracks as there are lots of Russian people at the hotel but still lively and enjoyable. There were not so many English people at this resort although we were told that the Royale had more English guests. This did not make any difference to our trip as the staff all spoke English. We went to the bigger hotels for most of the theatre shows in the evenings which were very enjoyable and some of a very high quality. The fire show was great at The Royale but it's a big hotel so it was hard to get a seat at this show. Plenty of seats at the Resort and Club every other evening so get there early for this one as it is was the best and was only on at the bigger theatre. All other shows rotate around the 3 hotels. It was really nice to have a change each evening and go a different venue. Regarding the accomodation, well the room was basic with wooden furniture. We had paid a very favourable and cheaper price so we knew that the hotel rooms were not luxurious. But there was enough space and quite clean, just not very modern and certainly the bathroom looked a bit older and had a few stains in places. But if you wanted better, then you paid more and could go to The Resort or Royale. The room was quite adequate and suited our needs as it was also so close to the buffet restaurant and the pools so everything was just a quick walk. Regarding the restaurant, there was a good choice of a wide range of foods, some being cooked fresh. It was generally the same each day so you had to vary your choices daily to keep some variety. There were lovely fresh salads, nice fish and meat dishes. There were also so many desserts and lovely baklava which we enjoyed. Fresh watermelon was also a favourite of ours, finishing with Turkish tea which was a nice finish to all our meals. Although the restaurant got busy in the evenings, we always found a table and the staff worked really, really hard to clean and prepare the tables quickly for the next guests. One charming waiter was Emrah who spoke great English and really looked after me and my son. Although he was so busy, he still tried to be attentive to our needs, bringing our drinks and finding time to chat a little most evenings, particularly as we liked to eat a little later than other guests so it was a little less busy towards the end of the service. I really appreciated his kind smile and efforts to make us feel looked after. Thank you so much Emrah! Overall, I really can highly recommend this hotel for the reasonable price, the warm and inviting atmosphere, the kind and hard working staff, the huge beach, the close proximity of all amenities, the quick service at all the bars and the great time that we had. We will visit again in the future as we really enjoy coming to Turkey and this hotel had everything that we needed. I have recommended it to my brother and his wife, so they are visiting this September but are trying the Pegasus Royale. Am sure they'll have a great time.

Zayneb is absolutely amazing and all the staff here have been amazing this ,entertainment team is spectacular. Everyone is so friendly and this is our third time being here and can’t wait to be back again.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the resort. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a positive difference to our experience. The location is excellent, especially if you enjoy being close to the sea. The beach is easily accessible, and the surroundings make for a relaxing holiday. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the land-view rooms face the highway. Traffic noise can be quite noticeable, especially during the night, so if you're sensitive to noise, it may be worth choosing a sea-view room instead. The food was good overall, with a reasonable variety and something for everyone, although it wasn't particularly outstanding. A special thank you goes to Dilora and Halis at the lobby bar. Their attentive, friendly, and professional service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. They took great care of us and deserve special recognition for their hospitality.
