AQI Pegasos Club

After a fantastic stay at Pegasos Club in 2025, we were excited to return in 2026. The hotel itself remains largely unchanged, aside from some new beachfront cabins and a new walkway connecting the beach to neighbouring hotels. The beach, the hotel grounds, and the staff are still excellent—just as they were last year. However, several issues have noticeably worsened, and unfortunately they’ve put us off returning in the future. 🚭 No Smoking Zones Not Enforced The rear tier of beach loungers (under the green shade) is clearly marked as a No Smoking Zone, with international signage on every post. Despite this, many guests ignore the rule and smoke freely. The hotel has staff and beach security walking around, yet no one enforces this policy. This meant that almost every day we had to ask someone to stop smoking, often leading to uncomfortable arguments. Non‑smokers, children, and pregnant women shouldn’t have to deal with this. The signs are clear—so why aren’t they enforced? This issue alone is a major deterrent for us. 🍽️ Food Taken Out of the Restaurant Despite Rules There is a clear sign at the restaurant entrance stating that food must not be taken outside, and that doing so incurs a €25 charge. Yet guests walk out with full plates to the pool, beach, reception, and rooms without being challenged. This leads to food waste and mess throughout the hotel. One example: a full plate of watermelon was dropped at the entrance to our block and left there. I nearly slipped on the wet tiles. Again, a rule that exists but is not enforced. 🍰 Excessive Food Waste Being all‑inclusive, guests can eat as much as they like—but this year we saw far more people piling plates with 8–10 pastries or cakes, only to eat one or two and throw the rest away. Food waste was significantly worse than last year, and the hotel may want to review how food is presented or monitored. 🏖️ Towel Reservations on Loungers Although we use the beach rather than the pool, we saw the same issue daily: guests placing towels on loungers at 7am and not returning until mid‑afternoon. This meant many people had nowhere to sit while unused loungers sat “reserved” for hours. On several occasions I removed towels myself so others could use them. Many hotels now assign loungers when towels are issued, which completely prevents this problem. Pegasos Club should consider adopting a similar system. ❤️ Overall We still love Pegasos Club—the staff, beach, and hotel are wonderful, and we would recommend it to others. But the lack of enforcement around smoking zones and lounger reservations has unfortunately put us off returning again.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location right by the sea. A huge thank you to Kamir from entertainment, who was brilliant and always made time to have a lovely conversation with us by the pool! Mohammed at the bar was also wonderful. Despite the gorgeous setting , we wouldn't return as a British couple because there were no other British people there at all; it is heavily geared toward German, Polish, and Dutch guests.

We had a fantastic time at AQI Pegasos Club! From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and relaxing. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the whole place has a really nice holiday atmosphere. The beach is absolutely beautiful – soft sand, clear water, and a gentle walk into the sea. It was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. The food was really good with lots of choices every day. We never had trouble finding something we liked, and there was always plenty of fresh fruit, desserts, and local dishes to try. What made the biggest difference was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, hardworking, and always smiling. They really helped make our stay special. There were plenty of activities during the day, fun evening shows, and nice pools, so there was always something to do. At the same time, it was easy to find a quiet spot and just relax. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and left with great memories. We would definitely recommend AQI Pegasos Club to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. We hope to come back one day!

First about what was good and supergood. Fantastic sea, great pool, great animation team. Nice area-green and peaceful. The best food i ever had during all of my all incl stays. Literally there was no food that wasn't tasty or supertasty. Big CONGRATS to the shef. BUT... The hotel is old and you can see it. Especially comparing to Resort. Rooms are on big minus. So small for 3 people... too small. Our bed was so hard (i mean hard hard-like wood) that sleeping well wasn't possible. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, so after a shower everything in bathroom was wet because of steam. It's my subjective opinion, but it didn't look like 4* hotel. More like strong 3* in Turkey od 4* in Bulgaria. Next time i would pick Resort or Royal.

Loved our trip to pegasos club the hotel is friendly the entertainment team are brilliant big shout out out to MO!! who made all of us feel welcome kids ranging from 12-19 loved to play his darts night game and pool games through the day also us adults joined in and we all loved it. As you can use the other hotels too there is always something going on including fitness classes, spinning, hiit, aqua fit. The shows are high quality at night and the food was lovely, lots of choice and fresh. The room was of 4* class and a few things could have done with upgrading such as aircon and fridge in our room were poor, but the views made up for it, warm blue sea and palm trees. I could go on and on, but nothing to say negative all positive I would definitely recommend this place for a great family holiday. 12 of us went and all loved it
