Elegant & peaceful stay with the most welcoming staff. Love it! So special!

A truly first class five star experience. From arrival to the end we were treated exceptionally. Travelling as a family with two young children, 7 year old and 18 month old. Prior to arrival I emailed the guest experience and received fantastic and immediate responses. On arrival we were met with a warm welcome by the guest relations and personal assistant team. Champagne and kids cocktails. We were informed we had been upgraded from a one bedroom villa to a two bedroom villa. This was amazing and provided more room for the family. The villa was world class it has three levels. Basement level had a gym, pool table, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi / spa treatment room. Ground level had huge double bedroom and en suite, lounge, kitchen and toilet. Private saltwater pool and swim up pool. Top level a bigger master bedroom with en-suite and outdoor terrace space. This is best villa we have stayed and we have been fortunate to have some wonderful holidays. Now for where Bayou Villas excelled is its proactive service, no request is too much trouble. Instant responses received for every requests. Truly dedicated service excellence. It reminded me of omontenashi which I have used in global customer service with my own customers, for example wholehearted commitment and anticipatory hospitality. We used room service a lot with the young family and I the food from Weik restaurant was first class. The older child tried all sorts of new food such as steak, octopus and sea food platters. Room service staff punctual and top quality food. The lounge for the villas was fairly quiet but that was probably due to the time in season. The service and drinks quality again was first class. The beach we spent two days at our cabanas these were pre booked with our personal assistant. Wonderful comfort and ordered food and drinks to cabanas. Again wonderful service. Kids club and entertainment very good. The little one enjoyed the mini disco and Bary star kids club park. The older one enjoyed the play station room. Overall an amazing holiday and we found this Bayou Villas Antalya was the best experience when comparing to last years visit to Bayou Villas any Anda Barut. However both exceptional holidays with truly first class customer service. Staff at both hotels are great assets for Bayou Villas. Perfect stay at Bayou Villas. We had an amazing time. The facilities and service are second to none. The 3 bed villa we stayed in was wonderful, plenty of space, loved the outside patio space and pools, as well as the downstairs gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, just amazing. The kids are already asking for a return visit in the not too distant future. Thanks to the entire team that looked after us.

We had a wonderful family holiday. We had an upgrade to a 4-bed villa and wow - what an incredible place to stay! The villa was beautiful, it was clean, comfortable and so many details made it that extra bit special. The service was impeccable - we couldn’t have asked for better. Drinks and food beautiful and arrived promptly and (all of the many) mini bars were restocked generously. We’d like to say a special thank you to Elmas who cleaned our villa daily to an incredible level. She worked so hard and was so thoughtful to not intrude including cleaning the children’s room first as she had remembered the baby went down for a lunchtime nap! The pool was huge and warm. The lagoon pool was very cold and we braved a quick swim! Both were beautiful and clean. Sauna and Turkish bath room were wonderful and we paid to have a massage in our own massage room! There were so many lovely touches like an Easter basket for the children on Easter, toiletries for the children and super soft gowns and slippers for all. The hotel itself was still in early season so places were still closed. The evening entertainment wasn’t running yet. There was a children’s disco but it was very basic and our children didn’t want to stay. I think when the full entertainment is on it would have been much better for children. The villa space and staff, as well as food and service were incredible. Thank you so much.
