Our twelve-day stay at Bijal was an extraordinary experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. It is difficult to choose just one highlight because excellence was visible everywhere: in the privacy, the beautiful natural surroundings, the beach, the gastronomy, the spa and, above all, in the genuinely personal care provided by the entire team. First of all, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the management of Bijal. The enormous effort behind the resort can be seen and felt in every detail. A place of this standard is not created by chance. It requires a clear vision, excellent organisation, carefully chosen employees and consistent attention to quality. The management has succeeded in creating an environment where luxury never feels artificial or excessive. Instead, it is expressed through peace, privacy, precision, warmth and the remarkable ability of the staff to anticipate the needs of every guest. A green oasis by the sea One of Bijal’s greatest strengths is its magnificent natural environment. Although the resort is located directly by the sea, we constantly felt surrounded by lush, mature greenery. The gardens are maintained with exceptional care and feel more like an established tropical park than a newly created hotel landscape. Beautiful palms, colourful flowers, fragrant plants and the sound of numerous birds accompanied us throughout the day. Every walk through the resort was a sensory experience filled with greenery, floral scents and birdsong. The combination of the sea and the mature gardens created an atmosphere of complete peace, harmony and privacy. An exceptionally private beach and beautiful sea The beach was another highlight of our holiday. It was beautifully maintained, very safe, extremely peaceful and remarkably private, with very few people and no feeling of overcrowding. The entrance to the sea is gentle and gradual, with a pleasant sandy seabed. It is ideal for comfortable swimming, relaxing in the water and exploring beneath the surface. At times, the sea felt like a beautiful natural swimming pool. During our stay, we experienced both lively waves and perfectly calm conditions. On the peaceful days, the water was wonderfully clear and transparent, and swimming in it was an absolute pleasure. The cleanliness, privacy, safety and natural beauty of the beach made every day deeply relaxing. Beach service that anticipated every wish The beach service deserves very special recognition. We would particularly like to thank Mohammed Suzain, whose care was truly outstanding. He perfectly anticipated our needs, often before we even had to express them. He knew exactly how we preferred our sunbeds to be positioned and prepared them accordingly, always making sure that we had enough towels and complete comfort. The beach team quickly remembered our habits and favourite drinks. The waiters often brought us what they already knew we enjoyed, without making the service feel intrusive. Their approach was professional, attentive, warm and wonderfully personal. The young men from the Maldives brought something especially memorable to the atmosphere of Bijal. They added a delightful touch of Maldivian warmth and exotic charm to the excellent Turkish hospitality. Their kindness, positive energy and wonderful sense of humour made our days on the beach even more enjoyable. Their service was not only technically perfect. It became a daily source of comfort, laughter and genuine joy. Outstanding gastronomy and highly personal restaurant service The gastronomy was excellent throughout our entire stay. We strongly recommend exploring the Turkish dishes as widely as possible rather than choosing only familiar international meals. The Turkish cuisine was prepared with great precision, respect for tradition and a very high level of refinement. Dining at Bijal became an opportunity for us to discover Turkish gastronomy in an elegant and authentic way. Every dish showed careful preparation, quality ingredients and genuine attention to detail. The Italian cuisine was equally outstanding, and the other international dishes were also consistently excellent. Whether we selected traditional Turkish food, Italian specialities or other meals, the quality remained remarkably high. We would also like to express our special thanks to Göktürk, one of the outstanding members of the restaurant team. His ability to remember and anticipate our individual preferences was truly remarkable. After only a short time, he already knew what each member of our family enjoyed and what could make our dining experience even more pleasant. His attention never felt rehearsed or intrusive. It was natural, warm and genuinely personal. Göktürk combined excellent professionalism with kindness, intuition and a wonderful sense of hospitality. He made us feel recognised, welcome and genuinely cared for. His service was one of the clearest examples of what made our stay at Bijal so exceptional. Exceptional spa treatments The spa experience also deserves special recognition. The hammam, personalised massage and facial treatment were among the most memorable parts of our stay. The therapists from Bali demonstrated exceptional skill, sensitivity and professionalism. These were not ordinary hotel massages or beauty services, but sophisticated and carefully performed treatments combining technical excellence with a deeply calming and individual approach. We would especially like to thank Aleksandra for her attentiveness, professionalism and wonderful care. Every treatment was performed with great precision and created a genuine feeling of restoration and well-being. Our private butler, Anıl Our heartfelt thanks belong to our private butler, Anıl, whose support accompanied us throughout the entire stay. Anıl was consistently reliable, discreet, patient and exceptionally helpful. He assisted us with restaurant reservations, transportation, changes to our plans and many small practical matters that made our holiday effortless. Whenever something needed to be arranged or resolved, he responded calmly and with genuine willingness to help. What made his service truly special was its personal quality. He was attentive without ever being intrusive and available whenever we needed him. Even after our departure, he contacted us to ask whether we had arrived home safely and how our flight had been. This touching gesture confirmed that his care went beyond formal hotel service. The farewell dessert with the message “See you soon” was a small but very meaningful detail and a beautiful final memory of our stay. Privacy, with entertainment available nearby Bijal is ideal for guests who value privacy, tranquillity and freedom from unnecessary noise or crowds. At the same time, guests who would like entertainment, music, cultural programmes, evening activities or a livelier atmosphere can access the neighbouring Ali Bey Resort, which offers a wide variety of additional experiences. We used some of these facilities ourselves and appreciated them as a pleasant complement to our holiday. This combination was ideal for us: complete peace and intimacy at Bijal, with entertainment available nearby whenever we felt like enjoying it. We always returned with great pleasure to the privacy, comfort and tranquillity of our villa. Our sincere thanks to the entire team Unfortunately, we do not remember the names of every waiter and every member of staff who cared for us during our stay. However, we would like to emphasise that the level of service was consistently exceptional throughout the entire resort. We encountered kindness, professionalism, attentiveness and genuine willingness to help at every step. Our gratitude therefore belongs not only to the colleagues we are able to mention by name, but equally to all the wonderful people working quietly behind the scenes. We sincerely thank the housekeeping team, gardeners, chefs, restaurant staff, beach attendants, drivers, spa therapists, technical employees and every other member of the Bijal team who contributed to the exceptional quality of our stay. Bijal showed us that true luxury is not primarily about extravagance. It is about peace, space, natural beauty, impeccable organisation and people who perform their work with intelligence, kindness and heart. We left Bijal with beautiful memories and sincere gratitude to everyone who made our holiday so special. We were very satissfied with the peaceful atmosphere and helpful staff.

The whole resort was beautiful, but what pleased us the most was the lovely staff, we felt like princesses...and we would have loved to take our exclusive butler Anil home with us.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Bijal Resort. The food was excellent throughout – every meal was of very high quality and clearly prepared with great care. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional staff. Every team member was incredibly attentive, friendly, and dedicated. No request ever felt like too much, and we felt genuinely well taken care of at all times. The service was not only warm and welcoming but also highly professional. A special thank you goes to the butler service – Burak did an outstanding job and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Mustafa for his excellent service, as well as all the other staff members whose names we unfortunately cannot recall, but who contributed just as much to this great experience. The overall atmosphere of the resort was very pleasant and inviting, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was organized smoothly and at a very high standard. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering coming back again next summer. Best regards from Frankfurt!

Perhabs, best hotel we stayed in Turkey. I’d say it’s Maldives villa in Turkey. Very good service. Butler Mahmut, I want you to travel with us the world around! Everything we asked was completed the best way. The only minus is not big kids club. Padel tennis, tennis and pickle on a neighbor territory is a big plus)
