Calido Maris Hotel

As a regular visitor to the Turkish coastline for about 8 years, coming every year to different resorts, I would like to share an honest review of our stay at Calido Maris. This time we were a family of 9 people (7 adults and 2 children) and stayed for one week with an All Inclusive package. In general, our experience was very positive. The hotel offers good service, friendly staff, and consistent organization. The rooms were clean and were regularly maintained. Our requests were handled quickly and correctly. The food was of good quality, diverse, and with fresh fruit every day. The pools were clean and well maintained, with continuous supervision and a good level of safety. The activity and evening entertainment program was very good and continuous, creating a lively atmosphere for guests. The SPA area was also clean and with good conditions for relaxation. As a family with children, we also appreciated the fact that the environment was suitable for large groups and for family holidays. However, as someone with several years of experience in different resorts in Turkey, I think there is real room for improvement. During the day there is a lack of cocktail service in the pool and beach area, as these are mainly offered only in the lobby bar. For a hotel of this capacity, it would be very important for the second bar near the pool to be fully operational throughout the season and to also offer cocktails, not only basic drinks. Also, the selection of alcoholic beverages is average and could be improved with a more international standard and with more variety of cocktails. In some outdoor parts of the hotel there is also a need for light renovation to raise the overall level of the experience. In the end, I would like to highlight and thank the waiter Firat Aksu. Throughout our entire stay he stood out for his high professionalism, correctness, and exceptional dedication towards guests. He was always polite, attentive, and very fast in service, creating a real sense of care for the customer. Such employees significantly raise the level of service and deserve special recognition from management. Thank you Calido Maris for the hospitality

Our stay at the Calido Maris Hotel in Çenger was a fantastic experience. The resort is modern and clean, featuring a massive pool area with excellent water slides, a private beach just a short walk away, and plenty of entertainment. The absolute highlight of the trip, however, was the Vitamin Bar, run by the legendary Soner. He is hands-down the friendliest and most talented guy on the property, always greeting everyone with a massive smile. Soner genuinely serves up the best drinks in the entire hotel, from perfectly crafted cocktails to refreshing fresh blends. Great resort, but Soner’s incredible hospitality and top-tier drinks made the holiday unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The staff at the hotel are amazing and so attentive. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was the vitamin bar. Soner is very dedicated to his business and works hard every day. He is friendly, welcoming and always remembered us when we went to the bar. The drinks are delicious, very well presented (as shown in pics) and you can get loyalty cards which will give you a free drink after purchasing 5. Would highly recommend this hotel!
