Calyptus Kirman Premium

It is a great hotel with excellent food. The outside area with pools and waterparks is great for the kids. The rooms are a bit older but still ok, our child had a separate single bed (and not some foldable extra bed) which was also great for her.

Unfortunately, I cannot say that I would return to this hotel. The property feels quite old, and I am not sure when it was last renovated. The furniture is outdated, the rooms are showing their age, and the overall cleanliness was average rather than exceptional. We stayed in room 8402, located in the attic section, and the room was quite small. The resort itself is not very large and lacks greenery compared to many other resorts in the area. There are even artificial plastic flowers in some places, which adds to the dated atmosphere. Overall, the hotel feels very old-school. Another thing I did not like was the towel card system, which feels unnecessary nowadays. The beach loungers are old plastic ones and very uncomfortable. Some areas of the hotel could also be maintained much better. One thing that stood out was that many employees would automatically speak Russian to guests, including us, even though we are not Russian. This created the impression that the hotel is heavily focused on the Russian market, which may not appeal to all international visitors. We also constantly felt that tips were expected. Whether it was housekeeping or restaurant service, there was often an expectation of additional money, which made the atmosphere less comfortable and less welcoming. On the positive side, the food is excellent. There is a very large variety of dishes, and the quality and selection are impressive. This was definitely the strongest aspect of our stay. I would also like to mention the lady from Guest Relations, who was very kind, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, despite the good food and the helpful Guest Relations staff, the hotel did not meet our expectations. In my opinion, there are many better and more modern resorts in the area offering a more pleasant overall experience.

I had one of the best hotel experiences ever! Everything was absolutely perfect the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Every detail was top-notch and made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience. I will definitely come back
