terrible attitude of personal of this hotel... they are very rude, aggresive, liars, especially so called director of security who deserve to be fired off, because is interface of the hotel with peoples.... this so called security director is a spot on the face of the hotel with his bad attitude and his behavior must to work on the agricultural filed, not in a hotel with peoples...I will tell to all turism agencies to cancelling all contract that they have with this hotel

I’m here right now and we’re are having a great time. Our beach assistant is aggressive towards all visitors from other hotels. Today, we had a huge game of volleyball. Maybe 15 of us Germans striking the ball as hard as we could continually into a young family from a neighbouring hotel. We never apologised, after all we’re German so why should we. Their beach assistant wasn’t at all aggressive and they all seemed so friendly so we continued to hit the ball at them again and again. No apology, we just laughed. After all, we’re Germans. I suggest all Germans should come here, it’s great fun as long as you have no shame, which as we all know, we don’t. Adolf Zimmerman.

Very German influenced. Very few English guests. Entertainment is in German, food predominantly German. Hotel staff are amazing and helpful can’t do enough for you. The Turkish made you feel very welcome. To be honest I felt like I was intruding in this hotel and felt very uncomfortable by the German guessed.

The staff are brilliant, cleaners are so friendly even those not on your floor/block & have never seen you before. Rooms cleaned daily unless you put sign on door. Pool areas are constantly being cleaned all day & evening. Bar staff & waiter service are quick! The food is incredible!! There’s something for even fussy eaters. Lunch at the beach bar is the best with a stunning setting. It’s the hotels own private beach with 100s of sun beds which are free. There is about 45-50 steps from the beach bar down to the beach. Old Town is a long way away (hour in taxi) But the markets are 5minute walk (turn left out of hotel) & some speak really good English. If you want trainers I’d recommend going to the second market in the row & the shop in the middle (next to a huge drinks fridge) is where you will get the best deals. Markets don’t open until 10am but we were there at 9.25am so they opened for us. Only 1 person who is RUDE. Her name is Yasmine, she works to the corner of reception, she is classed as Customer Relations - she has short shaved blonde hair, an older lady & is extremely rude!!! 3 people in our group had to speak to her on different occasions & she was rude to all 3 of us! It did lead to us making a complaint about her. She’s vile. Maybe she just doesn’t like English people - but then don’t work in a multicultural hotel!!!!! All other staff are friendly & helpful. If you want to save loungers you can not leave towels on them before 7am or security takes them away. Overall an amazing stay. We all loved it here. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s absolutely stunning!!!!!!

We can really recommend staying in this lovely hotel. The rooms in your own tiny house are super cute and a nice difference to the other hotels in the area which are big and overfilled often. Everything is cleaned up and the Personal is very helpful and friendly. The surrounding to the hotel is great. You can walk to the old side village in about 10 minutes with all its beauty and history. Also for shopping it is the perfect place.
