Very nice hotel close to the beach Also amazing staff very helpful and kind Emre k is the best such a nice guy and looks after us

The location was ok for near shops for clothing and groceries. We had an uneasy atmosphere with rude staff, that favoured selected nationalities where we were completely ignored to be involved in any activities. We stayed in a duplex apartment for families that was unsafe, It had a free standing spiral staircase that had a makeshift banister, which was not secure at all. Under some of the fixtures and fittings there was wires hanging freely. Broken kettle and toilet seat. Drainage for the showers didn't have a grid cover on them. House keeping never did there job, we were left with toilet roll, bedding, towels and fresh water left on the sofa to put away ourselves. The tea and coffee wasn't replenished nor were cups washed or replaced during our week there. Drinks selection for all inclusive is poor, only minimal spirits and mixers available. For cocktails/mocktails we had to pay extra for. Same food on repeat every day that was lukewarm all the time, even when freshly main on the grill by the chef. Constantly being pestered by external companies who are aloud on site to promote there business, tattooists, restaurants, excursions and also the on site spa team. Always telling you it a good deal but turns out to be more expensive in the end. Slides area poorly managed by the lifeguards only ever seen them at the top of the slides a couple of times. One of our children ended up slipping at the top on the steps to the slide and split open his lip, requiring stitches and a hefty bill from the local medical clinic which was £850. The on site doctor isn't a doctor, is only a nurse so anything out of her control, you are sent straight to the medical centre. This is poor advertisement as the hotel promotes that they have a on site doctor. Beach/ pool towels are not provided but if you wish to have them its €10 per towel and also have to pay to have them washed at a cost of €3 per time. Entertainment and drinks stop at 23:00 if you wish to have more drinks after this time, you have to pay. But cannot be paid for at the bar. Another member of staff will start writing receipts out and take you to reception to pay for your drinks and whilst at reception you will be waiting around longer because they start writing out more receipts. We tried to order room service after 23:00 for a bottle of wine so we could relax on the balcony and they wanted €35 for a bottle of rose wine and to come to reception to pay and collect it ourselves, asked if we could put it on the room and pay at the end of our stay and had the phone put down on us when trying to call back numerous time our calls never got answered. The animation team constantly selected the same children for their activities, excluding other children, again this was down to favouring other nationalities. Also when asking questions to members of staff they either didn't understand or didn't want to know and would be rude and walk off.

Absolutely anazing experience so far. Hotel is immaculate and food is good. Some light entertainment on throughout the day and on evenings. We were pleasantly surprised when we arruved in our well equipped family room with pool view. All staff are very helpfuland driemdly. Would definatley recommend

Having arrived first time in turkey to this hotel we was taken a back by how good the hotel was and the staff The entertainment team are amazing friendly and made the entire team feel welcome from evening events to pool games during the day there is something for everyone fold had enough for everyone The cleanses and overall atmosphere of the hotel is amazing would recommend 100% And if your like me family who loves the pools these are amazing pools suitable for all ages
