Club Mermaid Village

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was mostly negative, despite the nice design and appearance of the property. First of all, the reception staff were quite rude and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome from the beginning. The food quality was also disappointing — very repetitive and cheap, with limited options besides fries on some days. One morning, I went to reception to complain about the breakfast, as it mainly consisted of eggs every day. Instead of listening or trying to help, the receptionist simply sent me to customer relations without any concern. Unfortunately, the customer relations representative did not speak English, so we had to communicate through Google Translate. In the end, I did not feel that my complaint was understood or taken seriously. There were several other issues during our stay, but I don’t want to write an entire novel here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor management and disappointing food quality. A local Turkish lady even told me that this hotel is known for bad food and guests getting sick there. Luckily, I did not get sick myself.

Beautiful hotel. Two pools, one chilled and one more noisy so a good vibe for everyone. The staff are absolutely brilliant especially the entertainment team who work tirelessly on the fun activities and are always very friendly. Lovely holiday!

Amazing hotel for a family vacation! Club Mermaid Village in Turkey offers fantastic entertainment and animations for both kids and adults, making every day fun and exciting. Friendly staff, delicious food, and a great atmosphere — definitely 5 stars!
