The quality of the food and the taste not as expected for the price that they charge! For example, they use the same cheap type of one kind of fish and make different dishes with it but the fish itself is not tasty and god knows what it is!!

The hotel is really good, the selection of alcoholic drinks is excellent, and the variety of soft drinks is also great. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There aren’t many quiet chill-out areas, and there are few or no staff invitations to daytime activities. The evening show is interesting. I really liked the DJ music and the sound system. They should stop playing ruzzian songs during evening events, as some guests dislike the language - such music ruins the mood. The availability of soft drinks in the main restaurant should be improved, as they are often unavailable. The coffee machines are also poorly maintained and frequently out of order. Having to pay extra for a seaside bungalow is unreasonable, as they are worn out and not worth the extra charge. Everything else is quite good.
