Corendon Playa Kemer

I stayed at Corendon for a week in May with my sister and my twin nieces. My sister and her family had visited Corendon in the Summer of 2024 and 2025 so we had a good idea of what we were expecting. Unfortunately this time it didn’t go that well. We loved the restaurants and the food which were quite tasty and had a lot of variety options. Also the cocktails. We would especially want to thank Muratcan around the pool. His got some quirky cocktails. Also Esra who was at the lobby bar and pool bar. They were also very friendly. This hotel has lots of entertainment. I found myself in the Pilates and yoga classes (yes bring your gym gear!) playing dart and beach volley. Riding a bike in the pool. We would also like to thank Atahan and Üzeyir for their hospitality and support. These guys are in animation team and they prepared and managed the dart game for the guests. They had amazing sense of humor we laughed a lot. Then Atahan was so attentive one night he saved us from a very drunk and sleazy man. Yes there are group of single men and they look at you as if they saw a woman for the first time. Sholpan; the staff who cleaned our rooms each day was also amazing. Our rooms were always spotless. If we needed anything the lobby was also very attentive and provided what we needed. The security team is also quite good. So many drunk men causes disturbance at times. Every night it’s a show time at 9pm. We watched some amazing performances. Also one night we had a group from South Africa and another night a group from Venezuela. Both had amazing voice and repertoire. We had chills. The reason why I gave 3 star instead of 5 is because the Big Party night which happens only every Saturday. From Friday morning we had no access to some areas which was the Food Court and the Deck. The reason was that the owner’s wife had a birthday party for about 80 people. These people had black arm bands instead of red. They closed the Food Court for ordinary guests and served that menu at the Restaurant. We couldn’t be on the deck as it was closed for the birthday party. Also they separated an area for these “VIP guests” at the Restaurant for 3 days but at anytime we saw no one sitting there. At the end the Big Party happened around the pool area for us. Many paid guests were aware of this and quite annoyed as well. I dreamed about this holiday for months and paid for it but was restricted entering some areas. I think this is quite unacceptable.

Otel was very good a specaly bar and restaurant service was very good staff iš everytime kind and smile to guest restaurant manager mehmet do his job perfect thanks you for everything

service and attention to every detail were truly exceptional. A special thank you to Mehmet, who manages this place with such professionalism, charisma and care. You can really feel when someone loves what they do — and he creates an atmosphere where guests feel welcome, comfortable and special. Every visit here felt warm, enjoyable and memorable. Definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you for everything and hope to come back again 🙂

We was moved to the Corendon Playa because the Corendon Hydros ( our original booking)was under renovation,we can’t complain too much because the Corendon Playa was quite friendly, immaculately clean, a good selection of food ,although food that is supposed to be served hot was not, I asked for a microwave but one wasn’t available,on a evening the noise from the evening entertainment on the jetty was very loud and consistent boom boom boom, (21.00 to midnight ) on the whole the experience of The Corendon Playa was very good and congratulation to the service from your staff,and we would definitely consider coming back.

Having just arrived for my first time in Turkey after traveling from Florida which was an 18 hour trip, I checked in on Saturday April 25, 2026 at 8:30pm to a somewhat friendly desk agent who asked how my trip was. I told him a long trip due to a delay in London. After getting me my key he asked if I have any questions and my reply was where's the nice restaurant I read about. He pointed down and said there. He did not bother to warn me that it closes in 30 minutes as he knew I needed to put bags away. Coming down after putting my bag away and figuring out how to get power om and the usual check in process. I arrived to the restaurant at 8 minutes after 9pm and they would not let me eat there as they closed at 9 (really on Saturday??) and I need to go to the snack bar. Very disappointed indeed. The room seemed nice with a bowl of fruit but with that came lots of fruit flies. Not a good start to a 3 night trip. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
