It’s really great resort where we have just finished our second vacation and plan to come back next year again. We have 3 kids, one is already an adult of 18 years old, and twins are teenagers. We stayed for almost 2 weeks in August this year. Why this place is so good for our family and we recommend it to different ages: 1) really great choice of food, restaurants, 2) entertainment (shows and especially parties which is good both for parents and especially our oldest son, he is a real fun of them and one who asked us to go only to this hotel again and again), 3) sport facilities with really good trainers and, 4) finally but really important - great people from customer service or assistance team who truly takes care about you for 24 hours per day. Let me express our appreciation and gratitude to the people who made our stay really comfortable and relaxed as fas as it was possible, who helped us a lot when our daughter needed to visit a doctor and even a hospital, and who do not care just because of their job but because of their really great hearts and sincere wish to help personally - to Kateryna Cinkirt and Abdülmalik Öztürk (Malik) from customer assistance team, who helped us so sincere every day with any request incl simple questions and not an easy ones connected with health emergency, to medical assistant Kübra Avcı who works constantly at the hotel from very nice private Anatolia hospital and who helped a lot with hospitalization and insurance, and also for waiter Assel who was so kind to us, always efficient with a smile at Cabana at the sea beach and a waiter Ilhan who did create a great atmosphere during our dinners at the main restaurant by speaking so nicely with guests. Great appreciation to the hotel team!!! Really hard job and really appreciated. Thanks to you we did have a great vacation!!!

Just returned from a 14 night family holiday with our 17 year old twin girls staying in a top floor golf view family room. Had an amazing time and cannot fault anything! Greeted at reception with Moet and chocolate strawberries before being shown to our room. View from our room was just amazing with huge double balcony and sun loungers. Room cleaning was very good. Never any problem finding a bed round the pools, we ended up enjoying the pool outside the indoor pool, lovely and quiet. Had excellent roller skating waiter service round all pools, best service we have had over many Turkish hotels. Also loved the Pier bar where Unsal looked after us very well! The service all round was excellent but especially at the Irish Bar where we experienced outstanding service. Food in the buffet was very good and we all loved the outside seating areas. Tried all the lunch à la cartes and enjoyed them all, especially the steak at the 24/7 and Yamas. Visited the Turkish, Italian, Japanese and Steak for evening à la cartes and although there was an additional charge, we enjoyed the change from the buffet and well worth the experience. The Beef restaurant was our favourite, a lot of food though! Drinks were all excellent with good cocktails and Chandon Brut available everywhere I asked. The included Moet bar 4.30-6.00 every day was a lovely surprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our teenagers enjoyed the gym which had everything they needed. We booked poolside Cabana one day and we weren’t sure if we would enjoy it but all loved it, very relaxing and great service. Thank you also to our assistants Ege and Isil who were both wonderful. Lovely touch for my husbands birthday with fruit, wine and balloons in our room! Overall an amazing family holiday with incredible staff. We would not hesitate to return😊

Great hotel and service. Good food and all inclusive service.

A great experience at the Cullinan hotel. Water park was perfect for kids. 13 rides that were ideal for kids and would keep our boys busy all day long. The walk from the hotel itself to the pool area was perfect, with a coffee station situated just as you leave the hotel lobby before you begin your walk to the beach. The hotel layout was great with the circular booth area and live music in front of the hotel, the diamond show centre closer to the beach and the Galapagos night club right next to It. Perfect way to enjoy your entire evenings at 3 different spots. The hotel room was spacious and the views of golf course were stunning. Sunsets were beautiful. We loved it all and will definitely be back.

Stayed for 8 days with family (3 young children) hotel was great and staff were amazing, nothing was too much bother. Very helpful and great with kids. Lots of entertainment to keep the young ones busy. Waterpark was excellent. À la carte restaurant prices were reasonable and kids menu is the same in them all. Would recommend and will definitely be back.
