The staff is very pleasure, kind. Rooms and all hotel clean, good smell. Meal fresh, various, clean pool.

The rooms are always clean and we really happy about that.Also all the personel are very friendly and helpful about everything and service is always fast.Firstly Hakki and other Guest Relations team are very nice and helpful to us. We can’t wait to visit here again and pretty sure we’ll come here again.

We had a really good time at the hotel, the food was very delicious and the hotel looked very nice and clean. We enjoyed so much our time during the day by the pool, the cocktails also very good. The best part of this hotel is how friendly and welcoming the staff is. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable, we thank you all for everything, we made great memories and we are already planning to return

It‘s our first time in this hotel we are having an amazing time. It‘s been beyond our expectations and we are very satisfied with the services. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and maintained every day. The atmosphere around the hotel is relaxing, and the hygiene standards are very good. The food has a good variety, and we could always find something enjoyable during the meals. The pool areas and common space are also clean and comfortable. What makes the experience even better was the attitude of the staff. The employees were polite, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed. Especially the guest relations team is very attentive and professional. They are always approachable, listened carefully to guests, and make sure everyone reels welcomed and cared for. Their positive attitude and communication really make a difference and left a very good impression on us. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be happy to come back again

The most important thing is that everywhere is very clean (rooms, bars, restorans ant ex..). Staff is very friendly, helpfull.. Rooms are cozy, no noise at night. Careing of kids are very friendly and helpfull.
