Dream Family Club

I would just like to say this was our second time at dream family club last year was a perfect holiday this year was a very disappointing holiday in more ways than one so first this hotel needs to do something with food boiled eggs for breakfast were raw the bread was hard and toaster was a waste of time, what is on at lunch wasn’t much better and most of it was cold and made into a stew at dinner, the fruit was also very hard not worth eating. The reps manager was very ignorant he hardly spoke in English especially at the tombolla.Chris the rep was fantastic a credit to the rest of the reps who we hardly saw till they were selling tombola tickets. The maids were lovely rooms were spotless every day last of all pool bar attendants were superb but they took a lot of judgement from Germans who most of them we’re ignorant and bar staff did not need the way they were treated and sorry but we will not be back at this hotel unless yous change things and cater for British people.

Were to start. This was our 3rd time returning to dream family club and what a serious disappointment this hotel has turned into. First of all I emailed 4 times prior to arriving requesting ground floor for my disabled mother who on arrival was given the top floor, after been told to come back in the morning to check availability for ground floor we decided to leave this as not to cause a fuss which resulted in my mum in regular pain through out her holiday! Also stated on Facebook page asking only to request room ONCE, which is funny considering you can’t respond nor honour my FOUR emails. Regarding rooms cleanliness I could not fault this the maids work wonders daily well done to them . The food was disgusting and repetitive, my children literally lived on chips in the hotel for 10 days I then had to go outside the hotel to provide them edible food which is unacceptable after paying all inclusive. Night entertainment would be as well non existent, as a party of 12 over our 10 night stay we saw 3 shows by performers the rest was provided by animation team, I can not explain my second hand embarrassment I felt during the “Mosquito comedy show” wow. Tombola night was hosted twice during our stay and this is when the reps came out of the woodwork for €€€€€€, with the exception of CRISS, who was fantastic with the whole family and really made our holiday we will miss him, THANK YOU CRISS (). I also have to add I was told directly by a member of animation team how I was so loud and kept him awake, he should take this up with his boss who has situated him in the basement attached to the all inclusive pool bar, this bar is open till 12 and by this time most nights I was back in my room, paying £3000 to enjoy my holiday the last thing I need is a bedtime by a entitled rep. I felt very uncomfortable in the hotel after this conversation, and for these reason we will never return. Shout out to the pool bar staff who are the ones constant working with a smile keeping the hotel running.

Good hotel but catered for only Germans , staff are fluent in that language but little else. Very pleasant place with beach shuttle (5mns walk) , very very clean hotel. Have never been in a hotel where everything is cleaned constantly - super pleasant. Pools were cold (19 c) but sea was warm.

Cold food, no english only german, no varriation in restaurant.m and everything has cold. Staff only turkish and german terrible hotel. Warm drink at bars. Good roomkleening. Alot of stairs, just terrible never again No animation and no info for the evenings

Brilliant hotel with excellent facilities let down by the food choices. Animation team including Ahmedu, Dali, Ayse & Criss absolutely made the holiday the success it was. They gave 100% every day and could not have done more. Shows were brilliant, Hotel was clean & the bar staff were all fantastic. Especially the family pool bar.
