The hotel is very clean, staff have been very nice. Good entertainment at night and during the day at the pool. Weather has been great. Food has been good too, there has been a good selection and different areas to visit. Shops on site are good if you need anything too. Only downside is the beach isn’t very sandy and is rocky.

Very very noisy hotel even at night full of ignorant people all inclusive a joke 1 beer 3 spirits extortionate charges to buy premium spirits /8 euro for baileys cocktails very exspensive even though spirits that are in them are on all inclusive and juices are free never been charged for them before no entertainment all u get is karaoke and audience perspiration charge for waffles at pool even though they in free in the restaurant The food in the restaurant is FISH CHICKEN AND TURKEY in every form possible all over cooked and dry breakfast is basically just eggs Third visit too Turkey only good thing is staff are very helpful and friendly They push what they call the island which is the hotels beach where you pay way too much only thing all inclusive is food slightly better than restaurant Turkey is cheap to come but they make up for it when you are here I think JET 2 find the cheapest hotels and push them to everybody This hotel is surrounded by building sites and dusty roads There are only shopping mall near by that sell the same cheap copy cloths over and over again hassle from every stall holder Priced up a tattoo told £650 checked back home £280 from well known artist Bus journey from airport 2.5 hrs they stop at a mall where you go toilet and only way out is through the mall more hassle Sunday market next door large but just cloths and shoes hassle after hassle All areas around the pool are very very slippery steps into pool even slipper some body falls every day Had sickness and dioreah for 5 days so as all.my family As you can imagine this hotel is only good for the sun Don't expect any thing else

Received with nasty welcomed by zafar, we arrived at hotel at 3:30am and last thing you want is something wrong with the room, lock was broken as soon as we arrived to the room, instead of changing you have someone drilling in your room at 5am, and when asked for help, his reply was “what do u want me to do, he choose standard room, accept it as it is or pay for upgrade” not a nice guy to be served from. Overall hotel is ok. He attitude was very nasty and rude.

Zafer delivered outstanding service from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always had a great attitude. His cocktails were some of the best we’ve had, beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and made with real skill and care. He also made amazing chocolate milkshakes for the kids, which they absolutely loved and kept asking for again! Zafer really made our experience special, and we’ll definitely be back because of him. Highly recommended!
