We arrived with high expectations, but the reality was nothing like the holiday advertised. The room was dirty on arrival and clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. The food was absolutely unacceptable — trash food quality, cheap, repetitive and with very poor choices. The meat was horrible, many dishes looked unappetising, and the meals felt like the cheapest possible catering rather than what you expect from a 5-star resort. My son became very ill and was vomiting for three days, which caused huge stress and ruined our holiday. The hygiene standards were shocking, the pool situation was unacceptable, and the snack bar was extremely poor. The overall service was disappointing, and we often felt that guests were expected to tip rather than being treated with genuine care. This was supposed to be a family holiday, but instead it became a very upsetting and frustrating experience. The hotel does not match the image it advertises. We feel completely disappointed and would never return or recommend this place to others

Great hotel, plenty to do for families. Added bonus having access to the island, the food on the island is included in AI package and plenty of choice (chicken kebabs, pizza, chips, baked potato’s etc)

So we arrived Monday evening they asked us if we want to upgrade to a swim up room £500 or £50 for a pool view! We paid the £50 which should never of been a charge! The next day we went down to the pool side my daughter went to get some chips charged her £5! Absolute disgrace! Went for a cocktail £9 ! On an all inclusive resort this is disgusting! And what makes it worse is that you have people going round the pool trying to sell stuff!!! So on the evening we went to look for the entertainment couldn’t find it anywhere as none of the staff understood the word “entertainment” seen as though it’s 90 percent English their language barrier is poor!!! So we eventually found the entertainment and it starts at 21:00 hours!!! When family have young children why the hell put it on at that time? I couldn’t catch my breath! The beer we can drink for free was awful it was reused from the spillages underneath the tray where the excess beer goes! The vodka awful!! I was on the toilet all day everyday with belly pains and the runs. I had to stick to eating jacket potatoe for the remainder 4 days! The day before we left I had a bad case of food poisoning! I’ve had to go to hospital this morning in the uk! That’s how bad it is! The pool is so small for the amount of people there! Oh and they shut the pool for the day for apparently someone pooping in the pool! Which nobody seen! Apparently they do it often! So we sat in the blazing sun all day under a brolly at time all because they must be short staffed! For kids and adults the day times are poor the staff are moody 24/7 they do one bit of exercise in the morning and that’s awful! I have never written a review in my life as I am not a Karen but trust me do not ever book this hotel!!!
