We came on the 29th of July 2026 and was worried about some of the reviews. I am glad we did not listen. We had such an amazing time. The staff were brilliant and the entertainment staff were brilliant with the children especially ayse. She was excellent with my son and daughter. We would definitely come back again next year. The resort was clean and tidy and always something too eat. Absolutely the most amazing holiday I have had in a while.

We travelled from Antalya Airport via private transfer, which took around two hours to reach the hotel. On arrival, reception immediately offered us a room upgrade in the main hotel building for an additional €125 (€100 if paid in cash). As this was already an expensive holiday, we declined and kept our original booking. Our room was located in the older section of the hotel, separate from the main building. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy due to its proximity to the road. The room itself was small and initially only had beds for four, despite our booking being for a family of five. However, after speaking with reception, an additional pull-out bed was provided quickly, although the mattress was quite uncomfortable and we then had to later ask for a bed cover... this happened on multiple occasions throughout our stay. They seemed to forget it was a room for 5, not 4! The room was cleaned daily and the bedding was changed regularly. While the cleaner generally did a good job, towel service was random. On a couple of occasions we were left without towels and had to request them from reception, although it was dealt with quickly. The room had good aircon, a free safe and also a small fridge which was stocked with some bottled water, fanta and coke - all free and restocked by the cleaners. Overall, the room was adequate as we spent very little time there. The complimentary beach towel service was very useful. No deposit was required, and it worked very smoothly throughout our stay. Food & All Inclusive The all-inclusive offering was probably the biggest disappointment of the holiday. The food wasn't bad, but compared to many other all-inclusive resorts we've visited, the variety was quite limited. After a few days, it became very repetitive. We found it best to arrive for dinner around 7pm or just before. If you arrive later then expect queues. Also expect to walk from one side of the restaurant to the other, for some reason food stations are spread across opposite sides of the restaurant. I also felt that things like freshly squeezed orange juice should be part of the AI, rather than an additional cost of €2 per glass! Table service was another weak point. Staff often seemed slow to clear tables and replenish cutlery, and we regularly had to ask for extra knives and forks. Pools & Water Slides This is where the hotel really shines. The pools and slides were excellent and were the highlight of the holiday for our family. There were lifeguards at all pool areas, they did an excellent job throughout our stay. We felt fine allowing our children to enjoy the slides on their own. Getting sun loungers requires an early start. Because we needed five loungers together, we usually had to reserve our spot by around 7am latest. Beach Area We didn't spend a great deal of time at the hotel's beach area (The Island), but access was via an underground tunnel located at the rear of the resort, beyond the main pool and arcade area. There were plenty of free sun loungers available. However, we found the sea directly opposite the tunnel entrance contained a lot of litter, so I would recommend walking a little further to the right. We thought the lunchtime food served at the beach area was better than the selection available at the main hotel. Getting to Alanya For anyone wanting to visit Alanya, we used the Number 50 bus, which can be found by leaving the hotel, turning right, heading towards the "Nevas Outlet" sign, turning right again, and following the path to the bus stop near the shopping area. The fare was €2 per adult and €1 per child. For our return journey, we used the Number 30 bus, which dropped us close to the hotel entrance. Overall We had a good holiday overall and our kids enjoyed the pools and slides. However, the noisy room, combined with the underwhelming food offering, means we would not choose to return to this hotel in the future.
