Eos Beach Hotel

The hotel is ideal for those who aren’t looking for luxury or glamour, but simply want a cozy and relaxing stay by the sea. We enjoyed the food; for a 4-star hotel, it was quite good. It was a bit of a shame that the waiters didn’t ask what we wanted to drink, but it wasn’t a major issue. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which more than made up for the small shortcomings. Our room was very comfortable – I’d even say it felt like a 5-star room. We also really enjoyed the Turkish coffee at the bar. Overall, we had a great stay! We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a budget-friendly holiday.

The hotel is small, not like the opulent resorts you find on the Antalya coast, very well positioned, in a lagoon, smooth water without waves, fine sand, a few stones in the water but insignificant. Being small, things are quite crowded, the restaurant, the bar, the pool ... are all close, depending on preferences this can be a plus or a minus, for me it was ok. The room was ok, not exactly what we expected a family room to be but it was good, it was cleaned daily, the towels were changed if we left them on the floor, the maids were very nice and helpful. The beach was very crowded but that was also because the pool was practically non-existent, in the 7 days I stayed I only took a bath once and then out of curiosity. The big minus of this hotel is the lack of a decent pool. The drinks are super good, the non-stop bar is a plus, the bartenders are very kind and the lobby bar made the difference. The food was delicious, varied and fresh. My 4 year old daughter ate absolutely everything without any problems. About the so-called "A la Carte" restaurant is another discussion, my honest opinion is that it should be closed, it creates false expectations for customers, I honestly tell you that it is a shame for this hotel. Otherwise, as in all of Antalya, problems with the reservation of sun loungers, problems with Russian friends who think they are the only ones in the world and the rest are for nothing.... but you assume all this if you go to a hotel of this level in Antalya.

I was expecting a new construction as it written on the travel agency website from which I purchased the vacation package. Therefore, I was a little bit disappointed finding an old building just partially renovated with poor quality products. You can see water infiltrations, rust, chipped, scratched, missing tiles or some worn furniture in public places. Of course, is not hotel’s fault for the travel agency misleading. On contrary, the hotel staff was really responsive to our requests. We are really appreciating their effort! To be fair in evaluating the hotel we should take into account only the price paid for their services. For us it would be about 60% of the value paid. As a result, it is a good value for the money. It's true, the food isn't to everyone's taste but definitely you can find something to eat. I particularly liked the pizza crust and since it was just some cheese on it, I added fish (always delicious) or meat. I also added salad to my plate and I made a delicious meal. Plenty of fruit and cakes throughout the day. Of course, we would have preferred the sandy beach and crystal-clear water, but with care, we managed to swim in the rocky water too. In building no. 2 where we stayed, the cleaning lady was very kind and did her job very well. The casual atmosphere and everyone's effort to satisfy the customers is a big plus here. The minus for us was the feeling of being super crowded due to the small space within the resort and on the beach but I guess is a matter of preference. Overall, for a budget vacation I definitely recommend it! As a recommendation: tiles should be replaced in many places because become very slippery when wet.

Yesterday we returned from a seven-day September stay at the Eos Beach Hotel, two adults and two children. Since I booked the vacation based on the photos and advertised services, I was a bit nervous when I read the mixed reviews here before leaving. On the one hand, there were clearly positive responses, on the other hand, clearly negative ones. That’s why I decided to share my own subjective experience. Overall, it was mostly positive. The DZX4 room was spacious enough for four people. We, the parents, had a comfortable double bed, while the children slept in a bunk bed. The equipment matched both the description and our expectations. A minor downside was that the balcony could not be locked. There was plenty of food and a sufficient variety. I especially liked the breakfasts and dinners. It’s true that more than half of the dishes stayed the same, which some people might not like, but with kids, this predictability can actually be an advantage. It’s also true that about twice during the whole stay we didn’t find seating inside the main restaurant – for example, on Turkish night when guests were particularly eager – but we found a spot outside and had dinner with a sea view. My wife and I appreciated the fluffy dough, both for the pizza and the waffles. There was also enough food between main meals, though more of a fast-food type. Yes, there were queues for ice cream and drinks, but we always got served, or we simply waited until the initial rush was over. Queues and competition for seating are something to expect especially at dinner, since it starts only at 7:00 PM, and the break between lunch and dinner is rather long – unless you fill the gap with the snacks served until 4:00 PM or with waffles and ice cream after 4:00 PM. I was pleasantly surprised by the environment and offer of the local pastry shop. There are two pools in the complex, both quite small. One is under the slides and really only serves as a “splash pool,” while the other is under the terrace of the main restaurant. There we saw a fairly steady group of guests, and we never had any trouble fitting into the pool or finding a sunbed or chair. I liked the sea. Eos has a rather coarse sandy beach, which looks like it was placed over a rocky base, but it slopes evenly into the water. Further from the beach, especially near the beaches of other hotels, you can come across stones or rocks and hurt yourself. That happened to me at first, before I realized there were rock formations further out in the sea. Once I started exploring the beach with diving goggles in good visibility, I found out that the things you can hurt yourself on are protruding rocks. On clear mornings especially, you could observe schools of fish and crabs near the breakwater. Even though I got a bit scratched the first days, I later paid attention and ended up spending a lot of time in the sea. There was no problem with sunbeds either – there was always a free one to be found. I did not attend the evening events, so I cannot evaluate them, just like the à la carte restaurant. I noticed, however, that there were plenty of activities for both adults and children, but that wasn’t important for me. We spent time with our kids ourselves, and in the evenings we preferred to get a good night’s sleep.

We booked EOS Beach Resort for a family holiday but were quite disappointed. Despite booking a family package for two adults and four children, we were separated into two rooms on different levels — one even in the damp, smelly basement where it was impossible to sleep. The next day, they moved us to 1 rooms with full of beds where I booked a twins room , classed either interconnected or family room. but management demanded extra payment, which felt unfair and distressing. I spoke to Alsu the manager, she was rather very unhelpful and didnt even replied to my complaint. The food variety is wide, but don’t expect any red meat options like beef or lamb. The pool is far too small for the number of guests, often overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy. On the positive side, the staff (kitchen, pool, and beach) are generally very friendly, and the resort has good safety measures with lifeguards present. The location is directly by the beach, which is lovely, but it’s very far from Antalya city and main attractions, meaning long travel times. Overall, while the frontline staff were kind and helpful, the management was unprofessional and disappointing. This made what should have been a relaxing family holiday much more stressful than it should have been.
