Eos Beach Hotel

I do not recommend this hotel to European travelers. We booked the vacation for the period September 15-22, 2025. More than half of the staff do not speak English (only Turkish and Russian). The rooms are acceptable, but the hotel overall is quite dirty, showing that the focus is on quantity rather than quality. The reception staff were unprepared or indifferent. When we reported a problem with the shower on day 3, they laughed at us and made no effort to resolve it. The “Guest Relations” desk could more accurately be called “Russian Relations,” as Olga does not speak English and relies on a phone translator to understand simple sentences. We had a conflict with a group of Russian guests that could have been prevented by Olga if she had not shown favoritism. We reported safety concerns, yet the reception and relevant hotel staff did nothing. The Guest Relations Manager (Alsu Sultanova) speaks English but not very well, and responded rudely to complaints (“don’t talk to me like that”). We encountered no empathy; her attitude was cold. Two days later, we received a vague email stating that the Russian guests had “left” and were added to a blacklist. There is no guarantee that any appropriate action was actually taken. When it comes to staff, Burak & Murad from the bar and the girls from massage were the best. Overall, this is not a place where you can feel safe. You may spend your money, but you risk leaving the vacation with a bitter taste.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It's definitely not a luxury resort, but for the price, it offers excellent value. Everything was clean, the food was good, and the location was convenient.What stood out the most was the staff - everyone we interacted with spoke English well and was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer questions and assist with anything we needed. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with great service, this is a solid choice.

First time in this hotel and enjoyed it. How people are saying price quality hotel but still better than four stars , i’d like to mention only entertainment team they took care of us a lot even just while talking laughed probably we will come back in october for them . Activities parties and one of the show on wednesday it was the best acrobatic show we wish they had more in other days

A wonderful small and cozy hotel, perfect for couples as well as solo travelers. Since the hotel is quite small, it’s very easy to meet and get to know other guests, which creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A big plus is that the rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located in a bay, which means there is almost no wind. Because of this, it stays warm even at the beginning or end of the season. The entertainment is excellently organized by a staff member named Dasha, who is very sociable and always happy to share useful tips and recommendations. The food is delicious, and there was always fish available for both lunch and dinner. There are also plenty of snacks offered between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Another great bonus is that even at 4 a.m., the kitchen was still open - I was able to make myself a hamburger before leaving. The only downside is the small size of the towels, which don’t fully cover the sun loungers. It might be a good idea to bring your own. This is definitely a hotel you’ll want to come back to.

The hotel is small, not like the opulent resorts you find on the Antalya coast, very well positioned, in a lagoon, smooth water without waves, fine sand, a few stones in the water but insignificant. Being small, things are quite crowded, the restaurant, the bar, the pool ... are all close, depending on preferences this can be a plus or a minus, for me it was ok. The room was ok, not exactly what we expected a family room to be but it was good, it was cleaned daily, the towels were changed if we left them on the floor, the maids were very nice and helpful. The beach was very crowded but that was also because the pool was practically non-existent, in the 7 days I stayed I only took a bath once and then out of curiosity. The big minus of this hotel is the lack of a decent pool. The drinks are super good, the non-stop bar is a plus, the bartenders are very kind and the lobby bar made the difference. The food was delicious, varied and fresh. My 4 year old daughter ate absolutely everything without any problems. About the so-called "A la Carte" restaurant is another discussion, my honest opinion is that it should be closed, it creates false expectations for customers, I honestly tell you that it is a shame for this hotel. Otherwise, as in all of Antalya, problems with the reservation of sun loungers, problems with Russian friends who think they are the only ones in the world and the rest are for nothing.... but you assume all this if you go to a hotel of this level in Antalya.
