Felicia Village

We were here in October 2025 on a family vacation. It started at the check-in where they gave us the wrong room for the first night. We all make mistakes, but this was an omen for things to come. ‼️Awful coffee‼️ This was the first hotel I have visited where they do not have a normal coffee machine. I am not picky, but having only instant coffee machines (like the really cheap ones) is subpar and can ruin your mornings if you are a coffee drinker. Both my wife and I got stomach pains and disturbances after drinking it. Very disappointing and annoying. ❗️Peculiar food❗️This is always subjective, but as Europeans we didn’t find anything that was really god. We didn’t ask for delicious. But we found only 2-3 things that we liked. Warm bread was by far the best dish. If anyone had told me beforehand that you can have 20 types of desert and none of them be tasty, I would have said he is crazy. But this was sadly so. ⁉️Annoyances⁉️The restroom at the restaurant stinks sometimes. The waiters are poorly instructed and sometimes ignore you. The cocktails are subpar and often mixed randomly. I once had no toilet paper in the WC. 🌞Weather🌞 Was better than expected in October. Around 25 degrees during the day and no rain. Water was mild, good for swimming. Overall disappointing and not worth a second visit. There are far better hotels in Turkey

A hotel typically for families with children, with the majority of guests coming from Germany. The hotel is well managed, with no cost-cutting in areas where it shouldn’t be. Even bottled water is widely available to both guests and staff. Good food, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. A rocky beach and child-friendly pools. Among the staff, I would like to praise Ilkay, who has a great sense of humor, and Fatih, who is very hardworking. From the kids club, I recommend Beyzasu, who has no competition when it comes to the mini disco. I believe she is a rising star. Highly recommended!

Excellent service; the hotel is immaculate, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Here, we met some wonderful people, and our vacation was perfect. The resort also has a private beach, and it's absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The colours are amazing. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely recommend it to all our family and friends. You must book the Italian restaurant on site, the food is absolutely fantastic.

On the whole really liked the resort. Plus points: Clean - rooms cleaned daily with a restocked mini fridge every day - water, beer, Fanta and coke Good selection of food - my kids particularly loved the fresh waffles every day 2-5pm we enjoyed the beach bar for lunch. Good cocktails/drink selections. I asked for mojitos not on menu but they did a decent one. Pool decent Entertainment good. We enjoyed Turkish night and the singers on the Sunday. Pretty good chance of getting a sunbed and they don’t mind you putting towels down as long as not before 7.30am and you are at your sunbed by 11am Staff were all nice and courteous. Very pretty gardens and great view from the tower bar. Down points: Quite a journey from airport. We did private transfer and it was just over an hour. As a Scottish family we only met one other English speaking family - the resort is mostly German visitors. I’m not too fussed but think my kids missed making some connections. Missed have a living area between the rooms.

I almost never write reviews, but this time I felt compelled. Like most people, we booked this hotel largely based on its high TripAdvisor rating. We were travelling with TUI and had a shortlist of three hotels that fit our dates and budget. A quick glance at the 4.5-star average for Club Hotel Felicia Village and we booked without a second thought. A week before we were due to go, we started reading some of the more detailed reviews — and honestly, we had a bit of a wobble. A few comments mentioned language barriers, screaming kids, and other bits that made us consider changing hotels altogether. But this experience just goes to show how misleading reviews can sometimes be. We couldn’t have been more impressed. The entire resort is immaculate — the rooms, gardens, pool areas, and dining spaces were all spotless and clearly very well cared for. There’s always someone sweeping, tidying, or maintaining the grounds, which gives the whole place a calm and well-run feel. The food was fantastic — plenty of choice at every meal, good quality, and always something fresh coming out. Even with a fussy eater in our group, there was never an issue finding something satisfying. The pool entertainment staff deserve a special mention — they were brilliant. Always upbeat, always trying to get people involved, and not in an over-the-top or pushy way. It’s not just about the kids either. A lot of the daily activities were geared towards adults, which was a really nice surprise. Things like aqua aerobics, darts tournaments, and pool games helped break up the day and made it feel like more than just a kids’ resort. Staff in general were friendly, professional, and helpful. English wasn’t always perfect, but that never became a barrier — if anything, it added to the charm. The mix of languages and cultures made the place feel warm and inclusive. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Honestly, we’re so glad we didn’t change our booking — Club Hotel Felicia Village exceeded our expectations in every way.
