Hotel Annabella Diamond

I returned to Poland four days ago and I'm already planning my return. It's a great hotel, situated close to the sea. The sea is quite shallow, so the water is warm. The meals are quite varied. The hotel isn't huge, so the crowds are quite intimate. The staff are also great, always smiling. They speak English, German, Russian, and even Polish. The drinks are excellent, with alcohol and food readily available. Plus, there's a great team of entertainers who always have ideas for things to do. They're a cheerful bunch. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed as a family of six and consider the trip very successful. A big advantage was the sea-view room – the views made every day more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety, and additionally waffles and ice cream were served at the pool bar from 12:00 to 15:00, along with a café offering delicious cakes. The drinks were carefully prepared and not watered down. The bartenders made a great effort – they were communicative, friendly, and made you feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, just like the entire hotel, which gives a very good impression in terms of cleanliness and standard. The pool water was a bit cold in April, but still manageable for those who are more adventurous. The spa area was outstanding. The beach is mixed, not only sandy. Evening entertainment was slightly weaker, likely because it was not peak season – additionally, most of the shows were conducted in German/Russian, with English used at the end. However, the animation team worked hard during the day to keep guests entertained. The hotel is located by a main highway, but this is not a major issue – Avsallar can be reached in about a 12-minute walk. Additionally, about a 5-minute walk away there is the Ali Baba market, offering a wide selection of products and very friendly service. Overall, we consider our stay very successful and highly recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful hotel and staff here at Annabella hotel and spa. 11/10 Keep your eyes out for bartenders, Kadir and Sebastian. They were super polite, funny and very welcoming each day with nothing but smiles and first class service! I can’t stress how much these two made our stay at the hotel. Osman was also amazing especially in the onsite nightclub. The food is plentyful from snacks, main meals, ice creams and many amazing deserts! The rooms are spacious, very modern and kept to a high standard. However do request a room overlooking the pool area. Onsite you have many option’s like the Turkish bath / hammam which we done and felt amazing after. While you’re there I suggest you see Alex the professional photographer who took world class pictures of me and my partner. Well worth the money. The hotel shop is ran by Sercan who again was amazing every morning and everytime we went it there he was so helpful and polite always smiling! We are already booking our next holiday to the Annabella hotel and super excited to see Kadir and Sebastian

We’ve just returned from our stay at this hotel and were truly impressed. Everything was excellent — the food was delicious and varied, the beach was clean and beautiful, and the rooms facilities were impeccably maintained. The service was professional, and all staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the live piano music before dinner, which created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers a cozy reading area where guests can borrow books, which we found to be a very nice touch. There was a great entertainment team as well — dedicated staff organized engaging activities for children, and in the evenings there was live music outdoors, adding to the overall atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

We have just spent a wonderful week as a family of 4 at the Annabella Diamond hotel. The hotel is very modern and sits right on the beach. We stayed in rooms 5013 and 5015 which both had wonderful sea views. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless so our thanks go out to the cleaning team. The pool area had loads of sunbeds and there was never any difficulty in getting 4 together to enjoy relaxing by the pool. There are also loads of sunbeds in the beach but we mainly stayed by the pool. The staff were all friendly an welcoming. The restaurant and bar areas were clean and we never had to wait long for the food or drinks. We have to give a shout out to the animation team and particularly Mehmet for keeping us active every day. Overall, we would recommend the Annabella Diamond if you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday in a lovely hotel with great staff.
