Best hotel by the sea,great expierence with manager of guest relation Natalie,great attitude and solve any problem,because of her we love our vacation,she is very helpfull person and she loves what she is doing,thank you for everything we are so happy to be your guest in your hotel. Room was so nice,also room cleaning. Beach,sand and temperature of water was pleasant ,Team what was care about fun.was perfect and also barman by the lobby bar,real pro.We.feel like in heaven and we are certainly coming back,thank you again ,this was real vacation.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Anabella Diamond Hotel. I was there with my sister, our husbands, and our children, and we all had an amazing time. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we came home with beautiful memories. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and located right on a beautiful sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea. Our rooms were cleaned every day, the entire resort was well maintained, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes every day. There was something for everyone, both adults and children. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cocktails – they were made with quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. A special thank you goes to the hotel’s spa. My sister and I enjoyed a three-day wellness programme, starting with a peeling treatment on the first day, followed by two wonderful massages. Everything was perfectly organised from beginning to end. We would especially like to thank Yusuf, who arranged everything professionally and made sure we felt welcome throughout the entire experience. The female therapist who treated my sister and the male therapist who treated me were both outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and care were exceptional, and we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We highly recommend the spa to everyone staying at the hotel – it is an experience not to be missed. Our children loved the pool and the beach, while the adults appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding hospitality. We all agreed that this was one of the best holidays we have ever had. We wholeheartedly recommend Anabella Diamond Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent food, outstanding service, and a fantastic spa. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We hope to return again in the future!

Overall the hotel was good, the food was nice and quite diverse. The only downside would be that most of the salads were unseasoned, but we have had provided all sort of spices and sauces. Great range of cooked food, fresh grilled meat, the Turkish night was just stunning. Sea food offered as well so in terms of food they’re doing great. Also availability almost 24hrs a day. The housekeeping staff and gardeners were doing a great job, keeping up with all the guests mess around. Private beach, very clean and tidy. Lovely sand and water suitable for all sort of “swimmers”. The hotel offers a great range of facilities, shops, salon, spa, and staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. The live shows with dance crews, all sort of shows were great. Howeverrrrr the cherry on top of the cake is the entertainment team Ali, Leyla and Mehmet. They literally wouldn’t give us the chance to get bored. We came as a quite big group so that helped as well. They had such a funny games programme, dancing and engaging around with guests. They had offered us a great time, and to the hotel management, please praise them as they really doing a great job. Even outside their working hours would be around guests within the hotel bars. We have just returned from this hotel and had booked on the basis of the other reviews and the rating given by easy jet. This is not a five star hotel! I have visited a number of all inclusive hotels and this in my view would rate 4 at the most. We were not helped in with our luggage on arrival (luggage was taken to our rooms after check-in) or offered a welcome drink. We found reception staff generally dismissive, when we checked out we were not asked if all had been well with our stay. My daughter had forgotten to return her towel card and the receptionist actually rolled her eyes ! (More training in guest relations required). The main lobby and upstairs bar are very pleasant and the service here is good. The grounds are also pleasant and well kept the beach is lovely, sandy and the water very calm perfect for children. Drinks are local spirits as expected, wine and Prosecco were not always thoroughly chilled and on one occasion the pool bar ran out of ice for the cocktails- again not what you expect from a 5 star rated hotel. We had booked a land view room - expecting a view of gardens or similar in fact our ground floor room overlooked the car park when we raised this with the reception team we were told there was nothing to be done. We were offered a change of rooms later but at that point felt it was not worth the upheaval. The rooms are clean but basic and the bathroom was very small. Complimentary toiletries were limited and not topped up, likewise tea bags and coffee. Many guests compliment the food, this was not our experience- the hotel is a family hotel and the child menu was very limited. No ice cream in the restaurant and only available from the snack bar until 3 pm. The restaurant is also very busy and loud. The staff are friendly and helpful but this did not make up for the quality of the food. The hotel is pleasant but not as described in the other reviews and personally we would not recommend

Just returned from a week staying at this hotel! What a lovely week we had! The hotel is lovely so is the food! Everyone from the reception to the staff in the restaurant to the animation team were absolutely wonderful the guys at the pool bar who knew I liked a cold coffee after day 1 ! So friendly, so helpful! The rooms were lovely and comfortable! The pool area was fab as was the beach! Couldn’t fault the place! The only thing I would say was the guys from the spa don’t half try and get you in there place! Don’t get me wrong they were really friendly and nice I just didn’t need to be asked every day whether I wanted a massage! Especially when your just chilling round the pool
