Great kids club Anna was amazing with our 6 year old and plenty of entertainment day & evening for all ages

The animation team at the bluestar hotel is amazing they made our holiday so special and made such a fuss of our kids. The holiday wouldn’t have been the same without them. We love you all so much. Specially Anna our girls fell in love with her so much. Playing and cooking at kids club and dancing qt the mini disco. Thank you again animation team your the best. <3

Hotel Blue star was amazing for a fun filled family holiday. Anna and Asma at Kids club in the hotel were truly amazing.They organised wonderful mini disco sessions in the evenings for kids at 8:30pm. Kadek and Poppy at Queens Spa and Health centre were also brilliant in providing a wonderful massage and hamam spa treatment.Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.Restaurant had wonderful collection of food.It was a great holiday with many wonderful memories.Evening entertainments are truly spectacular.

AVOID THIS HOTEL — COMPLETELY RUINED OUR HOLIDAY Honestly, one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever experienced from a hotel. We arrived expecting the holiday we had paid for and were immediately left wondering how this place has the reputation it does. The room was extremely disappointing, and the view from our room was genuinely awful, looking directly onto an unattractive unfinished/construction area with rubble and building materials. It is absolutely not the sort of view you expect when you’ve paid for a holiday abroad. The overall appearance and condition of parts of the accommodation also left a lot to be desired. The window area and surrounding finishes looked dirty and poorly maintained, and the whole experience has made us dread spending the rest of our holiday here. There was also not many breakfast options. If you like olives, you’ll love it here, a lot of olives and not much meat options. There was also SO many flys in the hotel, couldn’t leave us alone. What makes it worse is that we’ve travelled all the way to Turkey for a holiday and now we’re seriously considering going home early. That’s how unhappy we are with this hotel. This isn’t about expecting a 5-star luxury resort. It’s about expecting the accommodation you paid for to feel clean, well-maintained and enjoyable. This hotel has completely failed to meet our expectations. If you’re considering booking this hotel, look elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment. There are far too many better options in Alanya to waste your holiday and money here. 1 star — and honestly, I wish I could give 0.
