Hotel Side Star Beach

I recently stayed at the hotel for a week as a solo traveller. The staff were friendly and most were fluent in English & German. My room was on the 5th floor facing inwards with a balcony, it had a maisonette feel, lovely decorated a great bathroom. The air-conditioning was superb throughout the hotel. The all-inclusive package had lots to off and great variety throughout the week. A bit more fish variety would have been appreciated. The entertainment is good and varied. The swimming pool is fantastic 👌 and its beach ⛱️ is awesome. Ample loungers, just get there early. German guests dominate the hotel. The promenade walk is 15 minutes to Side Old Town. The sunsets are around 7.30-8.30pm and are exquisite from the Hotel and all along the promenade to Side. I would highly recommend Side Star Beach Hotel & would be happyvto return. Its about 1.15min to Antaglia Airport. Thank you to all the Side Star Beach Hotel team for a memorable holiday

Hotel is really good. Food, rooms and service is on the top level. Animation guys Joseph and Kazim is so nice and friendly. We like them a lot. We can recommend this hotel and that guys to spend time with them.

A very nice hotel central for a bit of shopping bars etc.The rooms are a bit small but adequate for your needs.The decor inside the hotel is fantastic if you have a bit of time walk around the lobby and look at the ornaments and statues really good and you see something new every time you look.All in all a great hotel no complaints.

Kimdness was poor if you didn't speak german or russian. They served you but merely cause it was compulsory. And service was rude especially at Terra restaurant. Room had on/off working aircon and it was 40 degrees and quite humid. Power went on and off as well. Once you figured out what helps: open and close balcony door follow with open and close bathroom door then wait 5 minutes and fixed. It worked tough approximately 2 hours before this again. We noticed this when we arrived and asked what to do with or could they fix it. As previously noted they did not understand us. And though there was a repairman nothing chanced. Hotel was located seashore which was a huge plus. However with the pool unfortunately there was culture of reservation though in the guidelines it was not allowed. But still hotel staff instructed to leave water toys to the sunbeds so that you van gurantee a place next to a pool. Quality of cleaning was good and the gözmele station was amazing. However unfortunately not close to five stars or what was expected or promised.

Everything was there really great. Food, drinks, beach, personal, rooms, all,… Location is great, sand beach, good price in shops on the streets. But worst is German tourist, they dont respect rules, there is no smoking area in the beach, but they smoke everywhere, dont care. They think that they are some aristocrats which can do everything. Every night, there is program, but they have soo heavy hands, that they even dont clap hands for artist, aplaus, give them feedback that they do good show for THEM. So I am sad for artist that they have to make show for German, which they only sitting and staring, like if they sit in sofa and watch tv.
