Hotel Süral Saray

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, the food was varied and delicious, and the entire facility was very well maintained. The service was friendly and attentive. The entertainment team was a real highlight – great atmosphere every day, with entertaining evening shows and a good disco. A special thanks to the male animation manager: very charismatic, full of energy, and always present. He knows exactly how to engage the guests and create a positive vibe. A perfect hotel for those who want to combine relaxation and fun. We would be happy to come back!

We recently stayed in a triple room on the fourth floor for five nights. We were impressed! Hotel Facilities This hotel was fully renovated in 2023 and looks stunning. The interior decoration has been carefully considered. We were pleased with the indoor facilities, particularly the pool and sauna. We didn't use the Turkish bath facilities but these seemed reasonably priced. There is a section of beach for the hotel with plenty of loungers. Food and Drink There was plenty of choice of cold food e.g. salads. The hot food offering was not as strong as elsewhere, but perhaps it was just not to our taste. There are many deserts including traditional baklava. The best food was cooked fresh and the beach or pool bars at lunch time. There are fridges full of bottled water which was welcomed. There is a fridge with ice creams at the beach bar. Hot, cold and alcoholic drinks are easily available. There is a varied cocktail menu. The wines served were pleasant and drinkable. Staff The staff work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The effort shown by the staff was amazing and they are very helpful. Local Area We travelled by bus (from the stop right by the hotel) to Side which we would highly recommend for shopping. The bus was less than 100 TLR per person. I would love to return to this hotel.

What can i Say... One of the most relaxing weeks of my Life, and i would Say.... Great... Excellent, truly excellent entertainment ❤️

We've just finished a week at the Sural Saray Hotel. The hotel is located on a wide, very clean beach in Colakli. A promenade and beach run from the hotel, offering a walk to the old town of Side (about 11 km). Buses to Side also depart from the hotel for 2 euros. There are restaurants on the beach and in the pool area where you can order à la carte dishes. The main restaurant serves buffet-style meals. The hotel is very modern and clean. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English and German. A huge plus is the professional evening entertainment, high-quality dance and music performances. I'd like to highlight Sevilay, the animator who leads yoga and volleyball classes. The hotel serves international alcoholic beverages and virtually every imaginable cocktail. We highly recommend Remi and Monika.

It's a pleasant adults-only hotel. The hotel and its various facilities are very nicely designed and furnished. It's a rather small complex, which personally suited us well. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand, plenty of sun loungers, and it's regularly cleaned throughout the day. There's a very kind gentleman there who regularly cleaned the sand off our loungers. The sea is beautiful, clean, and has no pebbles. The access to the beach is through a small garden where you can also relax in the shade of the trees. ​Regarding the rooms... daily housekeeping and minibar restocking were fine. But... the room furnishings were catastrophic. The glass on the balcony was only held in place by duct tape, there was a leaky wall, and mold in the bathroom. This simply shouldn't happen in a 5-star hotel. The knowledge of English was also terrible, even among the reception and restaurant staff. It was laughable when we asked for "hot water" in English and they brought us milk. ​The food... there was a huge selection of dishes, but everything was cold and tasteless, so you truly had nothing to choose from. A smaller variety of well-seasoned dishes would have been enough. And the incomprehensible à la carte lunch at the beach bar, which only resulted in stressed-out waiters. Another unpleasant experience was when the hotel manager, a receptionist, and a guest were loudly arguing in the middle of the restaurant during dinner. ​Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our vacation. We chose to overlook the bad points and focused only on the positives.​The hotel has good potential, with its kind and helpful staff, despite their lack of language skills. However, I believe the hotel management is failing. It's not enough to simply walk among the guests; it's also necessary to focus on things like thorough room inspections. I recommend that the hotel manager have a hospitality expert conduct a mystery shopping visit.
