Hotel Süral Saray

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and everything was of the highest standard. I was truly impressed! I have stayed in many hotels in different countries, but I have never experienced such an outstanding level of service. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would especially like to mention the spa. The massage was absolutely amazing—the best massage I have ever had in my life, and I have had massages in many different places. My therapist's name is Nami. She worked on every muscle with exceptional skill and professionalism. Her experience and expertise were evident throughout the entire session, and I felt wonderful afterward. I would also like to thank the spa manager and the spa consultant for their kindness, warmth, and genuine care. I highly recommend treating yourself to a massage—you won't regret it! I also loved the beach. The sand is soft and fine, the entrance to the sea is gentle and very comfortable, and there are no stones at all. This is a huge advantage, especially for families with children and anyone who enjoys a relaxing beach experience. Don't let negative reviews discourage you. My experience was nothing but positive. Come and see for yourself how wonderful this place truly is. I will definitely come back again and will gladly recommend this hotel to everyone!

After 1 week of all inclusive at this hotel would like to say apart from a quite hard mattress and very high pillows (so sleep wasn’t restful, until the night before we left found out a mattress topper was available on request 🙄. Food was varied and well presented and mocktails really nice . Enjoyed all workshops available. The downside was the evening entertainment was really looking forward to the Friday evening based on Hollywood, unfortunately turned out to be a lady juggling some kind of fire stick and then 3 young girls go go dancing 🤷‍♀️. Many of the audience also walked away, very strange entertainment 😂. The customers were mainly German so language and tv channels ( on offer in rooms were favoured to them) On the whole it was a pleasant experience, but won’t be returning.

I have just returned home from my all inclusive stay at Sural Saray, From the outset I was very impressed by how immaculately clean the hotel is, in every corner. I was relieved to see the amount of sunbeds there are around the pools, in the manicured gardens and on the beach. There is somewhere for everyone to relax depending on your preference. No need to get up at 5am to reserve a sunbed! Each member of staff that I interacted with was respectful, friendly, polite and helpful; which was even more important to me as a solo traveller. Shout out to the names I remember; Manager Aydin (for prompt communication and welcome), Zena on reception (always checking in to see how my holiday was going), and Camille in Housekeeping (who kept my room sparkling clean). Thank you to the Catering/Waiting staff for your service, the Bar staff for your superb cocktails, the Entertainment team for your activities and nightly shows, and the Concierge for luggage support! I have travelled to many countries and have stayed at many hotels in my time, and Sural Saray been an exceptional hotel experience. I would definitely recommend Sural Saray and I will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect—the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely come back again!
