animation team was really good hotel was amazing second time going never disappoints would go again a million times love it there would highly recommended

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff in the bar and the animation team were lovely. A big shout-out to Eda, who is sociable and friendly, as well as her colleagues Sinan and Adam.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning , to be told room wasn’t ready , hot, tired and grumpy was an understatement, had to then wait over an hour to be escorted to what seemed to be the back of beyond ! I requested low floor , double bed and pool view , only got the double bed . Stayed in a two room , only one room had air con . The rooms were pleasantly large , and although adequate, they are tired and dated and could do with a refurb. Couple of loose sockets and paintwork needed redoing , air con was also a little dodgy and started leaking during the holiday . However all this aside , it’s a perfectly reasonable hotel , two pools , had to get up early for a sunbed , although I did witness staff threatening to remove towels if beds were abandoned . Hotel was clean and tidy , staff perfectly pleasant and amiable. There is a bus to the beach, can’t comment on the entertainment as didn’t witness it . Food : the food for a three star hotel was exceptional, it was hot, varied and edible , the salads were plentiful and the pizza was really tasty . We did not go hungry . Location was good , some shops and restaurants very close to the hotel . Atmosphere very family orientated and didn’t hear any overly excessive noise . This hotel is perfect for people on a budget and if the price was right would definitely stay here again .

It was a very nice hotel, the animation team was fantastic, we had so much fun playing darts. Thank you very much to Mr. Erdem and thank you to Ms. Eda, we had a great time with her, it was a wonderful holiday.

A very nice experience,eda from the kids club was such a friendly person and the kids had a lot of fun with her...all stuff friendly...a nice hotel for families👌
