Hotel Sunlight Garden

Absolutely brilliant hotel – don’t be put off by the bad reviews! Honestly, all I can say is ignore the bad reviews for this hotel! We nearly let some of them put us off, but I’m so glad we decided to come anyway because we have had such a lovely holiday. As a single mum travelling with my 10-year-old daughter, finding somewhere that feels safe, welcoming and relaxed is really important to me. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone has been so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest positives for me has been how safe I have felt allowing my daughter a little bit of independence. She has been able to go and play and enjoy herself without me having to be right beside her every second, which has made such a difference. It has allowed me to relax too, knowing she is happy and safe. The kids’ club and entertainment team are brilliant. They have been so friendly with the my daughter and myself and really make an effort to get everyone involved. There is always something going on, and my daughter has absolutely loved it. The food has also been much better than some of the reviews made us expect. There is plenty of food and snacks available, with enough choice to keep everyone happy. We certainly haven’t gone hungry! The atmosphere around the hotel has been lovely, and the staff genuinely make this place what it is. They work so hard and always seem to have a smile on their faces, even when they are busy. As a single mum, I’ve felt comfortable, welcomed and able to actually relax and enjoy my holiday with my daughter. That means more to me than anything. We have had a fantastic stay and made some really lovely memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews — come and experience it for yourself. ❤️ We would happily come back! ☀️🌴❤️

Excellent value for money, food delicious, all staff go above and beyond to give you a warm welcome from the receptionist Hassan who checked in regularly to see if we was enjoying our stay and helping with places to see in the area. Entertainment team happy and bubbly not pushy but get you involved if you would like to join in. A big shout out to Erdem for involving my sons and giving them extra fun with water-sports and darts. We have had a wonderful stay, place is friendly, clean and lots to do in area. We will be coming back.

Fantastic place for a holiday. Amazingly friendly, super accomodating. Hassan on reception was brilliant, Erdem, on entertainment team was exceptional. Aykut for management team was so friendly. Had an amazing time and can't wait to come back as Side is a beautiful town. The hotel, the team here and the town made for a top holiday experience!!!

Dear Reşat, Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. Your presence really made it a joy. You are such a sweet and cheerful guy. The spa was absolutely lovely. The staff are incredibly kind and respectful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of love, Colin, Melissa, and Rowan Alle machtig prachtig. De rest van het resort was ook echt geweldig. Goed eten, vriendelijk personeel en alles was schoon en netjes. Ja de kamers zijn wat verouderd maar dan nog was alles keurig.
