Kaila Krizantem Hotel

We stayed there for four days this time, and it was exactly as wonderful as the six previous times we have stayed there over the past ten years. We have tried both spending entire weeks there, as well as vacations like this one where we combined a stay at Krizantem with visits to places such as Cappadocia, Kiz Kalesi, and Istanbul. Even though there is plenty to do in the local area, it is also easy to combine with trips to other destinations. The hotel is always helpful with special arrival requests, making sure everything is adapted to wherever you are coming from or heading to next. The staff are always helpful and smiling, and the food is excellent. Everything is well-organized, from check-in to cleaning. It feels homely when you return, even though the hotel has been renovated over the past many years and now appears modern and stylish. We can only give this our very warmest recommendations.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I genuinely liked everything—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service and hospitality were exceptional; the staff was always helpful, attentive, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The variety and quality truly exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and explore the area without any difficulty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

That not 4 star hotel with sure!!!! It's look nice just from outside.Very poor cleaning.In bathroom all sink was in scratch mark,the toilet flasher was broken, the fan didn't work,the paint from the door was peeling off.Soap liquid was sticking on bleach.Room looks old and dirty.The TV was so small.The balcony door was break too.Food don't have much variety,and repeat.I notice the food which leaves from dinner was prepped like other dishes next day. Clearly from this we getting sick with vomiting and diarrhea.The snack bar have every single day burger and chips(fry from frozen) For one week had just two night program,boring. The barman, mixed cocktail with straw,liked and put back for use 🤮

It was werry god, the food is ecselent, the wibe is exelent, rooms are nice, wiew is wery good and personal in hotel is werry friendly

It was a very nice experience in the hotel, the staff are so friendly, kind. The food is tasty, personally I loved it. The animation team is very nice, every time made us happy with their games, aqua rumba. It was a pleasure to be in this hotel, I hope next year I can come again.
