Kamelya Collection Aishen Club

Very disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly and not willing to help at all. The food had no taste and was far below expectations. On top of that, the hygiene was terrible—the room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. Save your money and spend it somewhere else. Definitely not worth it.

Abdullah was excellent in the Annimatio team,very friendly and helpful, hotel location very good , sea view, bars and coffee shops very good,service excellent Annimatio team were superb.

The hotel was fabulous, I stayed there for 2 weeks, the hotel is really big and most importantly really clean and higenic, the staff was also really kind and helpful, what also helps is that most of them know foreign languages, the food in the restaurant was good aswell and had a lot of choices, the rooms were also a comfortable size and I was able to sleep really well, the room was cleaned every day and smelled really good too, and really important the pools got heated so even at a fresher weather I was able to take a swim, outside you had a summer feeling with sun, and pool, and inside was a Christmas wonderland with decorations of all kind and Christmas music to make you feel the spirit of the festive days, you directly felt warm and at home, the holidays were really good and comfortable and whenever I needed any information the guest relation was there to help, thank you for everything we will see us soon again!!
