We stayed at this hotel from July 15 for 6 nights. We were three families traveling with five young children. Our package, including four Deluxe Rooms and flights from Georgia, cost approximately $13,000. Unfortunately, our vacation started in the worst possible way. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM expecting to check into the Deluxe Rooms we had fully paid for at 2:00 PM. Instead, the reception staff informed us that our rooms were unavailable and offered us three-bedroom Family Suites with only two bathrooms, plus one Deluxe Room. I simply could not understand how the hotel expected several separate families, including men and women from different households, to share one suite when we had each paid for our own private Deluxe Rooms. This was completely unacceptable. After long arguments, we were first placed into rooms at around 3:30 PM. During all this time, five exhausted young children had to wait outside in the open-air reception under the summer heat instead of resting after our journey. The problems did not end there. The rooms we were given were located in an old building. They were clearly not Deluxe Rooms. The furniture was outdated, the bed linen was torn, there was a very strong smell of fuel/oil throughout the rooms, and the floors felt greasy and slippery. We were extremely tired, unpacked our luggage, and prepared to go outside. Then, one of the rooms had a sewage blockage. Dirty water overflowed into the room and reached our suitcases. At that point I discovered that the hotel had actually placed us in Standard Rooms instead of the Deluxe Rooms we had paid for. I informed the management that this was completely unacceptable. My child has allergies, and I refused to let my family sleep in a room with such a strong odor. I also made it clear that I would publicly share everything that had happened. Only then did the hotel finally provide us with proper, newly renovated Deluxe Rooms at around 7:00 PM—the exact type of rooms we had paid for from the beginning. The remaining two Deluxe Rooms were provided the following day and were also excellent. In reality, we did not complete our check-in until around 7:00 PM, meaning we lost almost our entire first day of a six-night vacation dealing with problems that should never have existed. Apart from having dinner, we were unable to enjoy any of the hotel’s facilities on that day. I do want to be fair. The hotel has a very useful mobile application showing the daily activity schedule. The grounds are beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety every day. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Once we finally received the correct rooms, the rest of our vacation was enjoyable. However, I cannot ignore what happened on our first day. It genuinely felt like the hotel intentionally tried to accommodate us in much cheaper rooms despite having accepted payment for Deluxe Rooms months in advance. Only after hours of complaints and pressure were we finally given the rooms we had originally booked. If this issue had been handled honestly from the beginning, our holiday would have been excellent. Instead, our first day was completely ruined, and that experience cannot be forgotten.

We spent 6 nights with 2 kids (age 1 and 3) in family room. I would like to highlight that the hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff was very kind and hard working. I rate the hotel 4 stars because of some things which probably only inconvinient with small kids. - All inclusive? Oficially yes, but there is only one tiny buffet with very few options 24/7 open for all the 3 hotels in this resort. Between 10:30-12:00 and 16:00-19:00 there was no other option. - The choice of food wasn't really kid friendly eventhough the hotel itself it is. Even in the kids corner there wasn't really nice options (not a pizza, chicken nugets, hamburger). Soup was many times spicy, which is ok for.me but not for the kids. - There is not enough toilet. The restaurant is huge, there should one in each side. Also in the coffee lounge. - We had to wait 20-25 minutes at the reception for the bell boy with the overexhausted kids after the long journey. As there is hundreds of people working there, I don't understand why there isn't two bellboys at the same time to avoide such waiting time. Besides these, we consider our holiday really good. Hotel is very clean, beach is really nice, sallow, sandy, more than enough sunbeds. Great parties on their football field. Tasty coctails, nice slides and pools. We would recommend other families to stay here, just with older kids it is more suitable.
Kamelya is a great resort and i suggest it to everyone for a great vacation (Zilan)
The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were always kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Yiit and Ceren from Guest Relations for their kindness and great support throughout our stay.
