ZERO empathy, ZERO hospitality — on a birthday trip costing €9,000 ​I do not write negative reviews lightly, but the absolute lack of basic human decency we experienced tonight was simply unacceptable. ​Let me make one thing clear: we are not one-time, transient guests. This was our 16th night at this property. We have been loyal, high-paying customers for over two weeks, contributing nearly €9,000 to their revenue for this single stay. ​And yet, after a grueling, exhausting day of travel—including a documented 2-hour luggage delay at the airport—we arrived at the hotel just 15 minutes past our expected time. Hungry, depleted, and looking forward to finally celebrating a birthday at a property we considered our temporary home, we were met with total indifference. ​The kitchen had just closed. No exceptions were made. No accommodation was offered. Not even a simple snack, a sandwich, or a piece of bread was provided to long-term guests who had been traveling all day. There was no genuine apology, no effort to find a solution—just a cold, bureaucratic shrug from the staff. ​At this price point, luxury is not just about the room; it is about service, flexibility, and hospitality. To treat loyal guests like absolute strangers off the street after a travel nightmare is disgraceful. ​This is not luxury. This is a cold, transactional machine that happily takes your money and your loyalty, but completely deserts you the moment you need the slightest bit of hospitality. ​On a birthday. After 16 nights here. After paying thousands of euros. ​An absolute embarrassment of a management. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone expecting to be treated as a valued guest to take their money elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Selin Hotel in Antalya. Everything was well organized: clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. The entertainment team really makes the experience special. A special thanks to Elena. She leads water activities, does yoga, dances a lot, and many other sessions with so much energy and positivity. She is truly the sunshine of this place and makes every day more fun and enjoyable. Highly recommended hotel!

We have been coming to the Kamelya Collection for the past 5 years, and every year we are extremely satisfied with the service. This year, Ahmet at the Selin Kamelya Hotel has made our stay even more special. He has been friendly, professional, attentive, and always made sure we were well looked after.
