Great hotel! High standard! Great food! We will definitely go back to this hotel

Our stay at this hotel was so nice! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very cozy, with a super comfortable beds. Another huge highlight was the delicious, varied food made from fresh ingredients, as well as the excellent location, near beautiful beach and the city centre. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway—we will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location just back from the beach with a main road in between which was not busy in May. The hotel was very clean and standard room was fine with a great shower. Tv was behind a strange glass unit that made no sense and no English Channel, not that I watch tv on holiday. The hotel claims all inclusive but to be all inclusive we needed to pay another 220euros each, this would get us a safe, sun beds on beach, fruit juice and wider selection of drinks. This was classed as ultra inclusive and that 440 euros would put you in range of far better hotels. Not interested in that at all. Not big drinkers we were happy with what was on offer although vodka was definitely watered down and we found a great bar round the corner for banging cocktails. Heikin Bari. We don’t expect much and thought staff were very helpful but one guy by pool never smiled whisking plates away like it was a burden. Unfortunately now we get to the food and I still can’t fathom how it gets good reviews. This totally lets the hotel down and the reason we won’t return and would not recommend it to anyone. There are 11 hot trays, one with rice one with spaghetti one with turkey stew, one with peppers and onions and that was every night. Fresh fish is only once a week and burger meat was cheapest they could find. The restaurant never served beef, lamb or pork. On further research it seams a common thing in Alanya and it did not spoil the holiday but we will stick to five star in the future. The food was way better in the restaurants close by. Breakfast was ok and snacks cooked by pool were better than the leftovers in buffet for lunch. We would have been happy with one good evening meal but repetition of cheap turkey stew that is not even popular in Turkey, will be our resounding memory of the hotels food. Desserts were good and chips were the freshest thing at snack bar. Big up to flatbread lady in the corner. It was nice that we could keep our wristbands until pick at 5, some places can’t wait to cut them off you out.

I've stayed there twice now, so clearly something keeps pulling me back. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago, and the quality is excellent – everything looks pristine. Whether that'll still be true in five years is anyone's guess, but for now, it's lovely. It's all-inclusive round the clock, which means if you fancy a three-in-the-morning snack, nobody will judge you. There's no lunchbox for early departures, but honestly, if that's your biggest complaint, you're doing rather well in life. Most of the staff have been there for over a decade, which either means they're remarkably loyal or they know something we don't. They're genuinely friendly, helpful, and seem to remember guests who return year after year a bit like an extended family you didn't ask for but rather appreciate. The clientele is predominantly Scandinavian, Finnish, Czech, Polish, and German. The occasional English was heard, though the British were keeping a low profile back in 2025 and in 2026 I heard more of them. But perhaps they were all in the gym in 2025. Speaking of which, the gym is genuinely impressive – new equipment, well-maintained, and featuring a Concept 2 rowing machine. I spent a memorable week with it. Finding one of these outside a proper rowing club is rare, so naturally I became slightly obsessed. The restaurant food is decent quality and varied enough that you won't be eating the same thing twice in a week. Turkish tea flows 24/7, as does drinking water, which is rather essential in that climate. Special thanks to Melissa from guest relations for interesting conversations and sorting out the occasional issue with admirable efficiency. What's around there Do climb the mountain to the fortress. I'm not convinced a guided tour adds much beyond someone pointing at things and saying "that's old", but the cable car versus walking debate is yours to resolve. I walked. Once.

We have just spent 6 nights here at this wonderful hotel. We have had a truly lovely time! Rooms and hotel are spotless. Excellent variety with food and drink - we couldn’t ask for anymore! All the staff went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. I don’t have anything negative to write - just a few positive enhancements . 1) more seating for the evening entertainment - maybe stack all sunbeds away and put out more tables and chairs. 2) more parasols to go with sunbeds. Evening entertainment was great x. All in all we have had a very relaxing time and will be back!xx thank you
