The hotel was lovely couldn’t as for a better setting . Room was large plenty of space and clean .. The food was a huge disappointment the food advertised daily was not to be seen a lot of it was use up from the previous day .. the special nights menu didn’t exist.. oh the whole very disappointing The staff were really friendly and felt sorry for them really when they were getting asked why the menu wasn’t as it stated .. the entertainment well !! It’s wasn’t great !! It was like they didn’t really know what they were doing !! And they seemed to cater more for German . Russian visitors . Everyone’s money is the same we all pay for our holidays .. The pools were all good and we spent a lot of time around the complex .. it is quite far from local amenities but a short walk or bus /taxi will get you into the main busy areas.. on the whole I did enjoy my stay it was the food that really didn’t help the stay ..

I have just returned from a week-long holiday here with a friend. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, there were a few areas that definitely need improvement. The Pros: Adults Pool: The over-16s relaxation pool was lovely and included in our stay. The Room: Our accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed. The Staff: The team members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The Cons: The Food: The buffet was of a poor standard with the same repetitive options every day. They advertised a seafood night, but it only featured one fish dish and was no different from any other night. When we questioned the waiting staff about it, they didn't seem to know anything. Entertainment: The "nightly entertainment programme" was very poor, which was a real disappointment for our evenings. Good to know:The transfer time from the airport is about 3 hours. This is obviously no fault of the hotel itself, but it is worth noting for future guests when planning travel

Plus point and poor points Plus - rooms are very clean and comfortable with great views. staff are very friendly And helpful and do their best with what they have. Hotel is on the beach with Mountain View’s and plenty of sun beds Poor points — Food is very very limited in all areas And very poor quality. Mainly Eggs ,bread , salad, cheese some fruit but again limited Day and night entertainment was poor, seems like they really struggled with what to do There is absolutely nowhere to sit and relax at the evening, just the Amphitheater and the plastic table in the same beach bar as the day with tvs on There is a small nice bar but all drinks will be charged to your room and not cheep. Very limited sun beds around the pool For the large amount of guests. Points of interest— This hotel is predominantly Russian and German . There is nothing of interest close to this hotel 12 to 15 euro one way in a taxi . Tips— Take Beach shoes as the beach is sharp shingle . Take a cold cup for day time drinks Summery— If you want quality for you money Relax in the day and a nice environment in the evening with good food , drinks and a nice atmosphere this is certainly not for you
